some good info

been growing mine the past cpl months...it's good, full, and thick...but a ways away from "epic"

"epic" is the goal!!!!

btw... whats up w/ what seems to be the fad these days of the "great beard", tattoos, and the shaved sides of the head w/ the greaser top look?...not sure what u call it, but usually well dressed GQish guys.

i see the look everywhere anymore:

I shaved a whole winter's worth of wild off my face about a month ago, it got bad/crazy enough that people's heads would snap back in surprise/recognition when I'd greet them in the grocery store or filling station.......

my friggin' hair's gotta go now too, most of it anyways, it's in my face, my food, my mouth.

Hello all,

I went to a funeral a year ago with a full beard about 2 years of growth.

One of the kids there said I looked just like some guy on a TV program called Duck Dynasty.

I had never watched the show before in my life until that evening.

Shaved it off the next day.

Could not stand it.

Yup, beards are back! But mine is too gray to grow out anymore...

I agree with Skip...I had the beard for maybe a year, but I had the mustache for more than 35... Shaved the mustache off 2 years ago..

Been prematurely white/grey for quite awhile, won't stop me. I will most likely never shave again.

Bud Green, that's a man's mustache right there. White or not you should rock that.

Thanks man, but be glad you don't have my razor blade bill...

Thank God it's all on my head, face and arms...
and NOT all over my chest, shoulders and back!

Wifey would really hate that....

Oh hell, I don't have any razor blade bill. Those disposables are crazy expensive. If I ever take up shaving again I'd get a straight razor. I've been called a hairy bastard by more than one woman.

Still have not trimmed or shaved anything, about 18 months now. Ditto for head hair. I will trim eventually, I think in another year, after differential growth gets to the length I want. Probably about the bottom of my sternum.

I'm finished with shaving. Beards, grow 'em if you got 'em. America needs more hair.
