Question on Tga Plush Berry....

Ive heard nothing but good about this strain and i can see why just by the description and the look. Im looking for a very social strain that doesnt induce anxiety or raciness and heart palpitations but is gentle and easy on the body (no couchlock) (or droopy dog eyes). i used to smoke, then i went to vaping, now im vaping/smoking iso hash from my essential vaaapp because i cant stand a heavy body high from smoking and vaping buds but i miss smoking it every now and then for flavor and such... would this strain do me well or any other suggestions? Also what does she smell like in flower? Does it smell like weeeed straight up skunk or is it a different smell ive heard she smells like fun dip powder not even smell of typical herb. And also i have jilly bean and apollo 13 bx and ripped bubba in mind. Thanks

I'd like to hear more about this strain, too. Scored some of these beans and some John Sinclair "White Panther" and I'm trying to decide which to do first.

I tried some over the summer but dont remember much about it beside's it looked good with a purple tint. I really like the TGA stuff iv got 3d and agent orange right now.

It's a good strain. It has differing levels of potency and indescribable berry smells depending on phenotype. It makes great hash. As with all his gear, pay close attention for male flowers in the mid to late flower cycle.
It's definitely worth trying if you can find some, or want to grow it. I know a few newbie growers that have had great luck with it as it tends to be a relatively easy strain to grow.

Peace,

Not bad...lots of variation in phenos. Had tall stretchy phenos with spiraling purple tinged buds. Then short squat phenos that turned totally purple. Smell and taste def leans towards the sweet candy side. Sweet tarts is what came to mind...but I agree with the fun dip smell. Was not my cup of tea...too overpowering on the candy. Sounded and smelled great at first...but once I puffed it...I realized I don't care for that flavor. The effect was nice and mellow...good for daytime. In the end...she had to go. Onward ho...

There is a slight musty type smell and taste underneath the berry in some of the phenotypes that I don't like very much.

I got the musty grape on my stout phenos. Some wild colors on those...lots of pinks and purples. I found the effect on those to be less desirable than the big 'uns

my experience with plush, jilly b, and ripped bubba

my experience with plush, jilly b, and ripped bubba

Plush berry - definitely has potential to be what your looking for in terms of type of buzz, and taste. I didn't find a keeper in my 5 pack that had the total package, but ive seen and tasted some out there that are amazing. For taste, you will want the pheno that leans towards the black cherry soda side. That being said, the Ace of Spades black cherry soda pheno is also delicious. Seems like there are many phenotypes in this strain, but with enough of them im sure you'll find some with tons of frost, colors, and taste.

Jilly bean - I tried because i was looking for that rumored red skittle pheno, seriously who wouldn't want one that tasted and smelled like that? All my phenos ended up being more orange smelling than like skittles. I think the Jilly bean buzz is exactly what you are looking for as it is very happy, and would be great for a social setting. Again, with enough seeds you'll probably find a winning combo, of looks and taste.

Ripped bubba - Didn't find a keeper in my 5 pack, but did grow one out several times before discontinuing. It had this odd combo of coffee smells from the bubba, and this lemony thing from the ripper. Other than the smell, i didn't find anything particularly special about this strain.

I have a 5 pack of Apollo that i havnt tried yet, but heard it has some reddish colored bubble hash.
