does anyone else not celebrate Christ-mas. my family dosn't exchange gifts and all that x-mass bs. we get rosty tost. some smooth jack to drink and blunts. we usually just watch TV. and we be thankfull for another year alive and mostly healthy and a whole new year soon to be. So as I alwase say, get out there and live life fuller than each past year.

hi cheesebuds sounds like you had agood time , it does feel like at times its only money for shop keepers, we drank grog, joined 2 big tables together and got into the tucker, got pissed never stopped laughing all day was great. kids got there stuff and were happy, but tomorrow the rubbish will be busted up. have a good one mate from aus.

Every year it's getting harder and harder to get that x-mas feeling. This year was prolly the worst ever, had to drive in a snow storm to make it to the annual x-mas dinner, even tho i'm not a huge fan of x-mas food. And i see my folks more often than most.. Ppl stress out on that shit and gifts, forgetting peace and good will towards man, which should be a default mood setting all year round, not just the holidays. I didn't buy shit for nobody, some ppl got ganja gifts, but not too many as i'm getting older and grumpier by the year. Just got home from buying a headset for ma playstation, but i forgot the after xmas sales, so every store was full of ppl tryinna score a cent or two offa useless crap. No headset, didn't feel like standing in a queue when i can get the same stuff delivered to me. Sorry to bum you out, dear reader, but i got bad ass xmas blues. If i gotta say something positive about it. Well, thank goodness it's only one time in a year, and there's plenty o time 'til the next one.

I hope everyone's holidays went well. Ours was very, very quiet. No kids, no other relatives, no friends, just the two of us. New year will be the same, going out for a nice dinner and a quiet evening, maybe playing some Yahtzee or Parcheesi. No Scrabble, Dave always kicks my ass at Scrabble.
