Chem Sis x NL

Nice...lol. You gotta grow her on green bean trellis, hahahaha.

I'd love to see the few folks holding her post up some pics...I'm sure Zoolander would appreciate that too.

I know Zoo told me NOT to work the clone for public seed releases, but I'll work a few personal hybrids off her - He still has special plans for that particular seed line and I won't be stepping on any toes there. I'm pretty sure he intends to make it for the masses.

Yeah, man, I'm hoping to get a small cut of her flipped real fast that way she gets chopped and a touch of cure before 4/20. That'll make my day even if all I have is a eighth...lol.

I really think the SSCDH male will work wonders on her, without changing he potency or taste much. The SSCDH male really passes a bit of acid / chem / funk to the offspring - which will go just perfect with the way this cut smokes. Get a version of her that is just as strong and can hold itself up, and it's winner winner chicken diner...hehehe.

when she gets far enough along in flower ill snap some... hopefull she wasnt to abused in veg and will turn out good smoke... the room shes in was a throw together and non of the plants were meant for the flower room... so its not a perfect run by any means lol.

The cross was made by Zoolander - and I think he has plans to make a larger release for other people.

I'll do a full chem sis x nl5 monocrop soon enough... ;) It's a nice plant. I have a few clones rooting.

Just to clarify - it is ChemSis x Reeferman NL (not sure what #, ie 1, 3, 5)

When I sprouted the seeds, it was the 5th one labeled, so it was plant #5 in my garden...

Sounds like a great cross, love Chems Sister always suspected its vigour would lead to some killer crosses.

Here are a few veg shots of her as she prepares to go into flower - this plant will be flipped this weekend. Not looking to make her yield - I just want to puff her on 4/20. :joint:

Note how I've staked her. She was leaning against the support and has since begun to wrap / grow around it without any additional encouragement on my part...

I know I'll want to keep this plant around a long time - and as such, I think she needs a name...

Since the story goes that OG is in part some way related to the Skunk Va / Chem '91 cut - I feel this cut lends credibility to that. It throws the heavy 3 leaf at the start and matures into the 5 leaf pattern OG is known for, grows like a lanky vine, that produces a low yield of real funky rock hard stank nuggets...not really full on "buds" as we think of them. I would NOT call this plant an OG - but a seriously dank throwback expression to the Skunk Va cut - or just an excellent example of chem line dominance and brilliance.

For this reason, and the basic nature / traits of this pheno of ChemSis x NL, I think I am going to start calling this clone "Missing Link"...

Don't think there is anything going around under that name...and I've got no problem naming her as long as it is never confused genetically as anything other than a sport pheno of Zoo's ChemSis x NL.

If you can't tell - I am REALLY excited to have this plant back in the rotation...

And I should note - the 5-fingered leaf to the upper left - over-lapping the fans of the "Missing Link" - is the Ghost OG cut...for comparison sake. I didn't even think of that until looking back at the picture...

From my personal growing experiences, I find it nearly impossible to state that Chem and OG are not in some direct way related to one another...

I didn't think the buds were small. Actually I had the opposite experience, they turned out large, frosty, and stanky! The SMELL! Absolutely rotten. It doesn't form long colas, more like golf ball nugs. Definitely a viney plant.

If you want I'll start updating this thread with pics. My clones are in week 2 of veg. I'll be visiting them soon.

yeah man...let's show her off...hahaha...

I have one in flower @ 1 day...lol...I chouldn't help it. ;)

When I found the cut she was only flowered out under a 400w - then she was outdoor - then I had other peoples runs of her. Oddly enough, this will be the first time I think I've even had a chance to give her a shot at 100%. I'd be more than pleased to discover she gets chunky too!!

Trust me man - I CAN NOT WAIT. But you are right. I'm not prepared for her. She will make me feel like a noob again. THIS I know.

I'm just super thankful to all those who have had a hand in keeping her alive and healthy - and those who have gotten her out to folks in the medical community, as I've heard she is serving patients well.

I do remember her being 10x better after a 2wk cure - and I think I've found that to be the case with the dominant Chem family members 2-3wk cure and they just increase in funk and potency...

...my preeeeeeccciiooouusssss ;)

I was feeding them at 1.4 EC... way to high. You can see clawing and tip burn. I backed it down to 1.2 and they were already showing signs of improvement before I left. Hopefully those leaves are going to straighten out and things will green up a bit more.
