Potassium deficiency maybe, looks like several things to me. Are the symptoms coming from the top or the bottom of the plant? Along with all of poo's questions.

And maybe a picture that's not taken under the HPS. Everything looks yellow, so it's hard to see what I'm looking at.

they are coming from the bottom starting with the fan leafs then slowly moving on to the smaller leafs the 2pics of just the leafs are taken away from the hps

I'd like to add that from what I can tell, it looks like the symptoms are occurring right in the middle of the plant. I've recently learned that K (Potassium) deficiencies typically start in the middle of the plant, but can start at the bottom.

What do you pH your water to? Have you checked the run-off pH?

Too much Calcium can result in poor K uptake. I'd *probably* suggest flushing the soil and then watering with your flowering fertilizer, everything pH'd to 6.5

If you fill out the questions below it helps people give you a much more accurate response.

How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What brand Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?

What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)

you are in late flower then? i just ask because; when plants senesce {if you are this far along} they give indicators as to how they may have done throughout the grow

the best grows simply get fall colors
but; when theres been deficiencies which may not have been significant ~sometimes the 'fall colors' come on appearing as deficiencies

since you show no bud pix; i m guessing

be wary of over watering and over compensating w/ nutes you dont want to doom what may be an acceptable grow otherwise

notice that for most deficiencies; you want to flush then feed a balanced nute solution

i do living soil/organic but been down that road too GL

no i used something called plant prod (powder) for veg cycle 15 ml per gallon but i used a bit less(10-52-10) then used a store made n-p-k of 3-1-3, 5 ml per liter of water as soon i started flowering just to try it this 3-1-3 had minerals in it that the 10-52-10 didn't have but the yellowing and rust spots begun before i even started feeding them anything i didn't give them any canna pk13-14 yet but i will use some maybe in week 6 or 7 just one single watering before i start flushing them, any suggestions??? thanks for helping:)

just an update on my ladies:after watering with cal-mag nutrients after a good amount of run off water i then let the soil go fairly dry before watering with just water at the right ph, it took about a week to see results, and i can tell that all the yellow leafs have recovered ,the dieing and the rust spots on the leafs have completely stopped i guess the flush with cal-mag helped get rid of the salt build up and the ladies are now absorbing the nutrients to recover thanks for all your help and any suggestion is greatly appreciated!!! thanks Il Sativo.
