I have to spray avid tonight, I'd like to throw in a packet of HALO or some Kelp extract.

Any reasons not to?

(I love hearsay, but I've already heard it from the grow-shop and peanut gallery of grower buddies)

My only consern would be what the pesticide did to the ph of the water and if it would lock out any nutritional value of the kelp, and vise versa what is the kelp gona do to the pesticide... Like silicon its crazy high ph which is what deters the pm and bugs... d say do kelp then a day or so later do pest treatment so u dont wash off the pesticide... Im not entirely positive if my assumption is correct just the i see it... Ive never done it so i cant say for sure or not...

What do the white papers on the Avid say? All of these products have tank mixing instructions and guidelines. If you don't have that paperwork, you need to look up the information on the website. If that's not available, you're going to have to call an extension or the manufacturer themselves, but it's usually available and is always on the packaging.

And after further reading.. I see that you visited the site to get the information.
