I shove squeezed lime slices in my Corona`s before I can take a sip Bro........and.......

Gotta burn some meat.........It`s a man thingy.......Primal and all that other bullshit......

Environment is everything and once all parameters meet , it`s all but sky`s the limit yield wise.......simple...babyshit.....

Smoked Cornish Hens completely engulfed and wrapped in slab bacon , grilled asparagus and white corn with jalapeno cole slaw and iron skillet jalapeno corn bread........:moon:.........

Ya`ll come.....Freds.......:ying:........

Yea Freds! Your dinner sounds awesome!!!! Im gonna have to try that!

.I Have to burn something up at least once a week or i get crazy! Tonight its carne asada... tortillas, hash browns cheese and sour cream....Ummm i call it the western burritos. I love taking my carne and choppin it up into tiny pieces on the cutting board............melt in your mouth goodness!

I was hoping i could get away with no glass on the reflectors... but it is what it is. Im gonna do some testing tonight (if im not to hammered) and see what temps are like glass..less.

I have been trimming all day and stink to high heaven. So I figured that is the perfect time to get pizza's. I ordered 5 and went to pick them up stinking like I have been rolling in a good road kill skunk. Just my luck my truck flooded and would nor start for about 15 minute. So it looked kind of odd sitting in my truck with foggy windows eating pizza smelling like dope. Can only imagine what the guys in the pizza joint were thinking.

No burned dead animal for me tonight.

cat here is a pic of a scrogg grow with a sealed reflector the same size as yours, this is one plant, its the # 4 gorilla glue, he runs two plants per light, this one ended up yielding 9 1/2 zips

NO GLASS!!!

I run 2K with Yield Master II's in a 5' x 8' x 7'tall room. Can100 w/800+cfm 10" exhaust. I keep my veg room at 70-75, and the flower room never goes above 80deg.

As long as you have 2X air flow, and the air in the "lung room" is 65 degrees you will be fine.

Glass sux, bottom line.

My fuckin Hero RBDF......Let it be written , so let it be done........see.....

I grew in basements with the lung rooms always in the 60`s-low 70`s even during late summer.......but....

Never ran hoods in my life so I can`t give any input FHC , but if yas follow the air exchange twice per minute as RBDF inferred and I`ve been preachin fer yrs , sounds like it`ll be babyshit ta dial........even WITH them DAMN reflectors on a FLAT grow.......:moon:......LOL.........

Peace......Freds.....:ying:.........

I just did some testing with no glass (the 600's) and the temp sensor 5 inches above the deck ,,,,86 deg. eeek! I need it lower... like 76deg to keep this sog from turning into a stretchy overgrown beast. I want small compact donkey dicks.

But... im only at 1x a minute air exchange right now. (need to hook up a bigger fan.

So... im pretty sure if i get the air exchange up i should be fine. Especially since ambient temps in my area are only really getting cooler. (for now).

Im trying do do everything i can to not seal these bitches (i hate all that ducting bullshit!)

But if i have to...so be it. The flower room is kickin ass right next door keeping a steady 76-78 deg with the 2 bare 1000's.

Up the air exchange and reap the rewards...guaranteed...but.....

My rooms ALWAYS ran in the mid 80`s lights on and mid 70`s lights off , so as long as the air exchange is constant , all should be good in da hood cuz the plants accept the CO2 more readily with higher ambient temps......see.....

With fliprooms there`s always lights on temps and air bein sucked outta 1 room and back into the other room with lights off for the equilibrium of dialed environment after bein mixed with lung room air ftw...but.......

This is contingent on dialin lung room environment toi take care of the fliprooms.......so....all about the dialage for the greater good.......but again......

Once yas find the sweet spot , it`s set it and ferget it............

Peace.....Freds.........:ying:.........

yep, my plants are happier in low 80's temps than low 70's.

2X air exchange or more(w/ 6"intake & 10"exhaust I'm at about 3.5X per minute) and temps from 79-83F make my plants the happiest. At the moment, I'm running 79 deg lights on, and on hour 6 of dark period 70 deg. I might have to stop exhausting the 2K out of the grow area, and blast it back into the veg/lung area. I want to bring the lights off temps above 75; 77 is preferred. Having lights ON/OFF temps within a degree or two of each other has produced the best stretch and branching/strength.

But what about when you dont want a lot of stretch? I thought the cooler you can keep the room (especially at canopy level) for a flat sog the better. Preferably low 70's? And a 10-15 degree day- night difference? I want short fat budsicles.

LOL...Hell no im not soggin the USD. Ive got the lvpk and green crack for that... But i have to say im diggin this USD Bobbles! The flower room is stinkin strawberry goodness...and i love how the branches can be trained to go anywhere. Last night i pulled all the side branches forward...instantly filling the vertical canopy with budsites..and i still have more branches to do. Im excited about what im gonna yield!!!!

I feel you on the USD. She is capable to be sure. I regret not having a round in flower atm, but I have 12 rooted cuts just begging for a run. The best is yet to come...

fuck yeah bro !!! looks like a solid well thought out setup....loving the quick disconnects, and easy and simple draining..... great job bro

Thanks g..I needed to be able to disconnect to pull forward for trimming. I think it will work pretty good. The Drain pipes just pop on and off are not glued so as to be able to remove the bottom res for cleaning etc. Now i just need to work on ventilation and or seal up the hoods. I have 2 exhaust fans and at 2x a minute air exchange, yet the temps at canopy level are still hovering at 80deg. I want 77! I should be taking clones right now...but im waiting to finish this room so i can just clone in there for now. This will give me time after i clone to work at setting up the mother and clone tent.

Ive been reading alot on AL B FUCTS"s tHREAD over on RIU. Hes a master at Sog grows and its helping alot.

Cheers mates!
