Paradise Sheherezade vs Sensi Star

I have grown out Sheherezade and was really impressed, but don't read alot of feedback about it. Sensi Star has piqued my interest as the positive feedback is very substantial.
I know that Luc is pretty secretive about his genetics, and was wondering if anybody has grown both out or sampled both, and what differences they found between the 2 strains? Ultimately which one would you consider superior and why?

Sherer has some sativa and Shiva and Sensi Star is a full on indica I think. You'll probably find much more info on Sensi Star because it has a lot of followers and probably Paradise' most famous strain. You can search this site for thread, also try refining your search to "show posts" and probably notice you'll find a lot more opinions on Sensi Star.

never grew it but grabbed a few nugs outta meat freezer bag[big] . i rolled 1.3 in a blunt,lasted 2 days.i would take 2-3 good strong hits and be couchlocked r a narctic stone for a solid 2 hours.real talk

Never grown sheherazade but ive grown sensi star 3 times,theres a lot of variation in the SS not as stable as paradise make out,but its an outstanding strain,prolly 1 of the leafyest plants ever but makes top quality lemon hash,thers a extermely cristally pheno that is finished in 55 days and smells like eucalyptus thats my favourite pheno,i have a pack of sheherazade i might just give them a crack.peace.

Thanks for the info., as I'm sure you guys all know about having a very limited space and wanting to maximize it with only top notch gear.
Extra Appreciation to VirginHarvester for providing the helpfull links, as I am Always on the lookout for a StrainGuide (similar to what we used to have on Overgrow).
Hopefully we can all start updating and contributing to the guide that we have here on IC. I know I will just as soon as I get my new grow going.

Have grown both and would consider Sheherezade to be more daytime smoke and SensiStar nightime. Still have both in jars. SS was a bigger plant, but remember zade as being like a short christmas tree, but good producer. Actually have 4 zades in 12oz cups ready to sex this week. Very indica looking, with short fat leaves, all 4 look the same at @3weeks from seed.

Smell? Taste?

can anyone describe the smell and taste on the sheherezade? I love sensi star have not run it myself but sampled others extremely potent! no question about that! its def on my top 5 for stone....but as far as taste goes well it wasn't the best and taste is real important to me right now i'm on a search for the tastiest smokes, i really like the deep spicy musky incense and hazey flavors and I wanted to know if sheherezade tastes spicy or musky, the description says its musky sweet which sounds good i just want to know if anyone can confirm this or add any other first hand experiences.

I really want to run this strain so i would appreciate any info, thanks

I've grown sensi star and theres a rancid burnt lemon latex fuel smelling phenotype with extreme resin production and potency which is my personal favourite phenotype. Sensi star can be very leafy and there are a few other phenotypes from dank lemon honey to dank lemon menthol smelling with slightly higher calyx to leaf ratio but not as potent as the pheno i've kept,most of the lemon aroma dissipates after a good cure and your left with a smoke that smells and tastes of primo hand rubbed chara's and the high can be pretty heady for a mostly indica.

i think i tried the one with the burnt rubber smell. What about the smell and taste of the Sheherazade? have you tried that one marijuanamat? anybody?

i grew sheherezade three times i found two phenos:
1.afghan pheno...little bit sweet taste, earthy...excellent body stone, amazing smell...the best of all plants which i grow to this date
2.HK pheno...smells like kush and the taste was very god, knock out stone

Great buds IBL. Your Afghan pheno looks exactly like the one I ran a few times around '04-'05. Was an excellent yielder for me. Sweet, musky, earthy, hashy describes it well. I found it to be good daytime smoke also but a little burnout on 're-entry'. Couple of my buddies loved it and still ask me about it. Bringing back some memories for me bro.
