I bought a vape about a year ago. I now hardly ever use it. It gives a buzz that is very clean, which is nice for certain social situations or if you go to work with a buzz. But, for when I'm sitting at home smoking, which is the most frequent, the buzz it gives is a bit TOO clean for what I'm looking for. I also don't smoke very much, I'm a lightweight, couple of puffs to start and one or two more a couple of hours later is all I need. If I needed to inhale more smoke to keep happy, I'd likely use my vape more often.

I bought the vaporizer called...hmmm, what the hell is it called? Been so long..I think it is called "purple haze." I would say its a good vaporizer for an individual and maybe one other person, but it doesn't use bags, so it would be a pain for larger numbers of people.

If you want info on vapes/vaping, you should check out the website fuck combustion or something like that.

Still rock my old glass pieces blown by GEMINI, sick pieces of work... but I mostly use by good ol' double perk bomb, or the dabs out of my sherman black ;) Much love! Sl

I have a smaller glass pipe I use most often for personal use, a larger glass pipe for groups , but individual joints might be best for groups, but my fav. is my blown glass mini-bong/bubbler. I have a Vapolution that I used exclusively for awhile, and still do once in awhile, but the full/best affects and taste of some strains just seem to only be felt and tasted through combustion IMHO. Some Vaped BB strains are just absolutely yummy though. Just depends on the day and mood I'm in guess.

i believe they are called 'Purple Daze' and i've wanted one for a long time, lol.

like you i don't smoke a hell of a lot anymore and that piece is handmade by a guy in Oregon i believe, ...in fact i think he stopped making them only recently. ...i know i can't find them anymore.

there are a couple of similar vapes, the Myrtlezap and the Woodez but i think the cream of that style vape is the Purple Daze.

Wow...I did not know that they went out of business. Sounds like some strange and weird stuff was happening. They seemed very into the biz when I bought mine.

Too bad, its a pretty good vape.

Same here. Quality over quantity.

I use this, it's a hand made Catlinite pipe:

water pipe always. have a large motts apple juice bottle that i have to convert as my go to. i like the smaller bottles but really havent found out what o do with it yet to make it comfortable.

oh and BTW the first waterpipe i ever was was homemade BUT it was "solidly" made (snapple doesnt make them anymore but they used to sell drinks in a vase shaped/style bottle) was teh best hit i ever had.

i have a couple of store bought but i love to make my own out of what have. i dont ever use tape and shit like that. i have the glass hole cutter drill bits, tile/glass drill bits/ grommits, down stems from previous pipes.

i look at that taped together shit i see online and it all makes my stomach turn. if your gonna take the time to do all of that, you might aswell get the right parts/tools and do it right. make something worth while for yourself.

last thing i did was take some old wine bottles we had laying around on the bar and cut holes in the bottom of them and viola! instant incense burners! one clear glass wine bottle, punche cuba bottle and another cobalt blue wine bottle.

check out a luke wilson 6 arm tree bubbler. They fit the hand SO comfortably, look classy, smokes the smoothest out of any piece I have smoked from and has outstanding flow with out taking any effort on the draw. Its my everyday smoker and is my absolute favorite piece to smoke out of. I would highly recommend them! Super thick too. I have dropped mine many more times then I'd like to think about and it has never so much as even shown a crack. The glass is very even and high quality blown.

Die hard standby is still a wooden dugout and brass bat. Sometimes I use a glass bat at home... doesn't fit the dugout.

Home piece is either a glass bat or a glass bong. I like bongs with ground-glass joints, thick glass and small bowls. Ice catchers in the up-pipe is nice to cool things down.

Nothing fancy, just what works.

How often do I take breaks from toking? Never, if I can help it. I get seizures/strokes after nearly 2 months of no toking... went a month and a half recently (involuntarily) and that was scary.

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:
