Kale Salad

This is my kale salad, anything that's possible to come from my garden goes in it plus whatever else I have in the house. Basics are:
kale, onion, tomatoes, corn, orange/red/yellow pepper, dried cranberries, sunflower/pumpkin/sesame/hemp seeds, oil, lemon juice, balsamic and or apple cider vinegar and seasoning (I use veg. seasoning made by La Grille) salt, pepper. It's really anything you want. I add blueberries in the summer and fresh peas from the garden.

wonderfull pictures too, a solid meal! I love "Schimmelkäse"/Blaskimmelost on bread. Funny thing, where I´m working, there is a snack stand with original danish hot dogs!
