As in when do you eat most meals? My room mate is doing this thing where he's only eating between 1pm and 9pm. Says this gives your body a while to digest the food you've eaten so you make more efficient use of it, or something along those lines. I've been terrible my whole life about it. I eat like from when I wake up to right before bed lol... Trying to change that, its 12:41pm right now so I got 20 minutes... Gonna try this 1pm-9pm deal and see how it works out.
