Ever see anything like this?

A friend of mine just saw a bud that had little resin drops all over it like this. ha

I have never seen a plant secret resin like a tree before. Is this common? Before anyone asks this is not from anything other then the plant.

happens alot ive had it happen on 3 strain in my life time... friends also on a couple of theres....

its happened on a lot of my strains. huge resin balls in quite a few places. dont worry. this is a good thing!

JoeSmith...yes I have a few times...It shows most when carbs are a bit over used IMO...I had it by using combinations of sucanat, sweet and BananaManna...But the first time I wasn;t sure and we smoked it..and so did motarebel...heh...he's the one that told me my herb had these pockets of crystallized blobs...SO I looked thru the buds I had left and found some..Its more like a crystallized sap than a resin blob...but on some plants it is actually resin blobs if the resins are exploded and a few join together to form blobs..
So what I do is taste it...sounds weird but it will tell you what it is..
The carb blobs are sweet like honey...the resin blobs are not..heh..
I backed off on the carbs and it stopped it cause what I had was the sweet ver shown here...
The sweet honey/sap type usually shows closer to stalk by the sexing node or inner most calyx's..
The resin ones seen to by where resins push into eachother in lil corners or on the outermost parts of buds..its just dried up dripping resins...either way just another way to define them..gl

I was told its not resin its a mixture of h2o and plant secretions. He also told me its not good to have allot of that in the buds if not found it will cause bud rot. Thats what I Was told...There is a thread in BOGS forum the SSK had allot of this stuff.

AFAIK Bag seed and Lucas only, not sure if it is sweet though.
