Jut moved into a new house and there seems to be evidence of a grow from before.

What would be a good way to sanatize it and prep it to build a new grow?

What's the evidence?

I once rented in a fourplex, and each unit had its own storage locker in the basement.
One of the lockers had been used to grow in wwwwaaaayyyyy in the past, it had been light proofed, and I eventually found an ancient broken MH ballast.

TSP, tri sodium phosphate. Kills stuff bleach won't.
And
Physan 20, good fungicide, also kills stuff bleach won't.

I suspect growers as there are wall mount brackets still up and also reflective tape. Also tape outlines where they blocked windows

My wife sells real estate and she sees old grow evidence every so often (medical state here). She has found everything from small fan leaves under water heaters and such to finished rooms in completely unfinished basements. Clients ask why a person would only finish a corner or small portion of a basement, the shock on peoples face is priceless when she explains it. Mold and mildew in upstairs bedroom closets can be a sign too especially when people punch holes through walls to install vents and duct work and just leave it. I have taught her well to spot these things, lol.

Ugh, that's a very good point.
TSP, tri sodium phosphate. Kills stuff bleach won't.
And
Physan 20, good fungicide, also kills stuff bleach won't.

Also alcohol, isopropyl or similar are also very effective with little lasting time. Also, believe it or not milk is effective at controlling viruses, though I'm thinking you'd want to wash that off after letting it dry. I would look up greenhouse procedures for using milk first.

If anyone's said to use some Kilz over everything paintable, I'll second or third or fourth that.
