Sick man! The other s1 afkhansastans you have puffed with me were nice. This one looks special. Just lost my afk cut, need to get that back or one of these dope s1.
Nice to see you trying new stuff. Most everything I've ever puffed with you has been grown with pbp. Only time I don't use it is my hydro/coco tables. Then I use cns17. Either way botanicare products are very easy to flush out. Only thing I've ever had a problem getting out is the nitrex from the organicare line.

The Flave

I ran 20 seeds of the "Flave" from TGA Subcool Seeds. Description said majority were Romulan dominant, but my experience had mostly Space Queen dominance, which is C99xRomulan. This was the most indica dominant plant from the 13 females, and it was also the most Romulan dominant plant.
Very chunky and frosty plant, grows like a charm in veg, with a deep and robust peppery pine smell with a hint of frankincense and an even lighter hint of lemon pledge. Very complex flavor that will make you cough no matter how smooth the smoke is. I'll hold on to her for a handful more runs

First run with this clone. If resin production and yields are your main concern, then this is the plant for you. Colas the size of 1 liter bottles at day 43, and they are busting out everywhere. Sorry I can't get any full plant shots for you, but she is a beast in flower with her massive yields
Smell reminds me of kerosine and mint, with hints of that rotten Chem D funk

Love it. How long til the gsc is tested? Been 2 1/2 months since it rooted! Gotta know if it's worth the hype.
The first one I got was a fake
Then I sourced what's supposed to be the "forum" cut a few weeks ago. I have 5 in cups right now vegging. Probably be 6 weeks till I flower her
Sweet. I've got a line on the forum cut too if needed. Figured I'd see how yours comes out since I know we have similar taste.

This is my favorite OG to grow, and is right up there with the best to smoke. She grows like a dream. Strong branches, less stretch than typical OG, heavier yields than other OG's, and has an unusual fruitiness to it that the other OG's don't present. IMO she is easier to grow too. She has a crushing head high if you pick her before day 65

MrDank, I rarely do this, but if you don't mind, .. Here's some of my Golden Goat at day 55 (?):
My first run with her, but by day 10, I could tell that future runs were a must.
Problem with the dream is that most people haven't seen any quality product. The market everywhere is flooded with sub par Blue Dream. I see it everywhere and it always looks exactly the same. It's definitely grown outdoor, chemi, and with a poor leach. The smell is nice but the taste is not, almost as if it was jarred to soon. Haven't had a chance to run the boss yet, grindhouse gear seems stellar, I have been running the M.O.B cut for a few years now however, which is not related, but a heirloom cutting, which I am hoping to be able to bring to colo. this april. We will see. Anywho things lookin nice as always brother. PEACE
So true roosta. I've smoked plenty of blue dream from dispensaries, import from cali, and a bit on the street. Only blue dream I have ever enjoyed smoking is grown by mrdank. He really does it proper. He knows it, I have told him this in the past. It's so rare to find a strain you have puffed 15 times and not enjoyed, and then the 16th it really impresses you"..
IMO the key to good Blue Dream is not to pick it too late. I find with Blue Dream, the slightest thing can ruin her appeal. Pushing her past day 65 and feeding heavy will give you maximum yields, the bag appeal will be top notch....and that's what I feel many growers will do since she is a "commercial" strain. Combined with improper cure and flush, she can be really bland tasting. Picking her past 65 will give you a boring high too
But if you pick her between 60-63, you hit the sweet spot for maximum potency. If you feed her right, and flush her right, she tastes amazing IMO. And another little secret, if you don't have time to cure properly, 63 day Blue Dream still tastes better than most strains without a cure
