Individuals from over 20+ states now have filed online petitions on WhiteHouse.gov asking for Obama to let them secede from the Union.

Here's the Texas petition:

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/pe...ca-and-create-its-own-new-government/BmdWCP8B

Click that link.....then try refreshing it every minute or two, and watch the vote count. The threshold for a mandatory response by the White House is 25,000 votes by Dec 9. It was filed three days ago and is now at 52,000+ votes and climbing by the SECOND.

It's now reached viral status and going everywhere across the intertubes. 39,000 comments on the Yahoo article. WOW!

There is more than just one state as well...my understanding is these petitions have been filed by people in:

Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas. Georgia, Missouri and South Carolina

I'd not want to be one of those signatures. I'm sure that will get you put on a list....

I'm sure my ass is already on "the list" so I signed it. I've been saying this would be a good idea since Banker Bush was in office. The current banking puppet president has, albeit some, but overall little to do with the tension that is bubbling at the surface. Most don't even realize it though.

We are all Greeks. Go short the USD and long riot gear.

Eventually the statist will squash us like the proletariat poop we are.

This is a bad joke at best.
You want to hear a bad joke?

Ok, it's a really good joke because it's so freaking hilarious.

Well it's really really fucking bad, but you just can't help but laugh.

Kinda like a Greek tragedy. LOL. Like how I tied all that together. Ok, ok.

Ok, here it is....... You ready........??

It's really funny now.

Wait for it..........

Try reading a less biased news source. CNN is full of Obama ass kissers. Texas takes in less Federal dollars than they send out. I just saw a chart on this and they absolutely can do without the Federal Government. But you know what? It's foolish to think that any state could not survive without the U.S. Federal government. Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, Alabama, Florida, Montana, all of these states have industries and natural resources of their own and all of them sure as hell can do just fine for themselves with or without Uncle Sam looking over their shoulders. Sure it would take some adjustment, but there are countless billions of dollars being wasted by the Federal Government right now. Just taking them out of the equation is bound to make things more efficient and less bogged down with red tape. Especially if the fucking assholes at the Federal Reserve could no longer manipulate and debase our currency! In short, there is far, far more to this argument than "ratio of Federal dollars in / out."

Pbs has a new piece on the state of affairs...

My gut says that the people can withstand a bit more... That those in power can string this along. The system is corrupt, and secession is working within that system. Question is when will killing another person be a better option than ones existing prospects...? That's the tipping point for change.

What's funny is the idea that a state like Louisiana might be better able to run their own affairs, on their own. That's actually sadly hilarious.

The *only* petition I signed prior to election, beyond the one I signed to get Prop 37 onto the ballot, is to our Congressional leaders asking that Puerto Rico be allowed IN to the union.

This didn't work out to well for them the first time.
.
Last time the north was the industrial and financial center of the nation. The south was full of poor farmers.

Now the south is the just as if not more industrial as the north and controls the major ports. The north hosts the industrial and financial rot of our empire. The south hosts most of the energy infrastructure of the US. I could go on.

Things are quite different now. Not saying it would come to that, but just sayin....... Can't run tanks on biofuels and credit derivatives.
