@ Topshelf: 95% of my concentrates goes to my chemo patient because she needs it more then me. I can handle the pain but I wont let patients under my care go through the pain so that's why I take the hit and deal with it. Truth

Congratulations to Colorado and Washington state for "blazing" the trail ahead towards the end of cannabis prohibition. Though Massachusetts passed in the worst medical cannabis law. The way it's proposed will only allow patients/caregivers to purchase cannabis from licensed dispensaries. No patient growing plants, no caregiver growing plants, no growing at all unless you are a state approved dispensary. This is exactly how pharmaceutical companies are able to keep a strange hold on the medication that help people, but results in the most profit for themselves and greedy politicians.

Interesting...where did you source this info? Not saying its not accurate just curious. The bill that I read and voted for clearly addressed caregivers and patients being able to grow their own..

skunkburner hasnt read the correct info.. lol if u dont have enough cash .. or live far ull be able to grow 6 plants. or some bull.. its not horrible. but ya mass passed it.. lol after i move out to maine. they pass it in mass.. lol. iunno i read there will be 35 licenses for disps .. and if u live far or financially cant afford it .. ull be able to grow ur own.. the sale of non medical will be a felony and will be 5 years in prison ! so there going to make it a little worse for people that stay illegal..

skunkburner, that's not exactly true but I do agree the bill is one of the weaker MMJ laws in the country. All the more reason to push for legalization and not allow this to create a sense of complacency. It was supposedly modeled after RI's by this group called MMP but it doesn't read much like RI's so I'm left to wonder why that is.

It does allow for patients to grow their own and allows for caregivers but there is a qualifying statement in the bill regarding that which says you can grow your own or grow for someone else provided that you or they don't have easy access to a dispensary. That's the rub. Question is how strict will they be in determining what is 'easy access'?

That aside, the list of qualifying conditions is what interests me because if it only allows for the stated ailments then the patient numbers will stay relatively low and things won't take off as they have in other states. States are learning from California's mistakes, or perceived mistakes, and going the other direction it seems. As it's written now the list only allows for some serious medical conditions. AIDs, Cancer, Hep C, and the like.

There is some language in the bill that says "Or other condition that your Doctor recommends MMJ for" so that could be how they allow rec's for chronic pain and lesser ailments so that a wider swath of the population can qualify. If not, the program will likely be very small which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I do my thing regardless of the law, it's just cool to see some sick people will finally be able to access medicine legally. That said, I know in California for example access to a dispensary doesn't mean you're accessing high quality meds. Often times it's the exact opposite. So it's definitely not a slam dunk like some people like to think but it is a step forward.

Much agreed Rasp. The way they word things is almost contradicting in a sense. They state that you need to have a SERIOUS Medical condition and then pretty much seems to be saying "In small letters" other conditions if your doctor sees fit.
They don't want to see it blow up like Cali and I don't blame them to be honest... When you hear medical marijuana the first thing you think of is either Cali or Colorado. When I tell people that now NH is the only state in New England that has not passed some sort of marijuana policy they are all mighty surprised. Why? Because they learned from those other states mistakes.
I'm also curious what bullshit they will pull to determine wether you have "easy access".... Living in a certain radius? Your salary? That will just be ridiculous and making the scene way more difficult then it needs to be. I don't see any reason why patients shouldn't have the right to assign a caregiver if they please....

I just don't understand why salary should have anything to do with anything. To me what u make shouldn't reflect on growing your own flower to provide yourself or patient with quality meds. Once the government has there hands dipped into it (growing) I can only imagine how they will taint the plants and when its time to flush u really think there gonna go about doing everything properly. I'm guessing the only way they will assign dispenserys to certain people is if the get paid off or know "somebody". I'm glad mass stepped forward for mmj but I don't see it running the way it should be.... compassion over greed.

The hammerhead is some straight roadkill funk! Nice tight internodal spacing keeping all the flowers nice and tight. MBS is looking great also... Little more of a sweet smell coming off her but very stinky also.

I wonder how HammerHead X Fuel would translate?
I asked my doctor 2 weeks ago, if she would have compassion on me when this law passes because she knows I smoke 10 joints a day and cant stand to smoke the roaches. That I have physical and emotional issues. I dont want to risk legal issues buying from the streets and getting compressed brick weed with mold spores, and poison sprays and crushed seed oil and spider webs and God knows what in those buds that I inhale.

I just may be her first patient she allows to slip between the fine print of the law written.
OH Please Oh Please Lord. Help us and give us strength to free your beautiful creation.

Smells wierd. Maybe spicy blueberry licorice?
Im gonna start the flush at day 42.
This is the fastest finisher Ive ever seen. Its only day 38 and I could harvest now and nobody would complain.
The buds are rock hard and super sticky. The trichs are 75% cloudy. @ day 38?? SWEETNESS!

@ ALONE: i think it would be a real good cross. the hammerhead is one of the skunkest strains i have ever grown in my garden and ive had some killer skunks but this surpasses any skunk strain ive every encountered. Real high resin production on the hammerhead and its been lab tested at 19% thc and CBNs are there too to help back her up. the genotype of her is White Rhino x Mr. Nice Medicine Man so that right there already tells u she means business. Makes real good full melt and her smoke is sooooo smooth!

That WS x 21 looks like she means business and its only day 38 for her. She's a real beautiful specimen and that resin production is real eye catching.

DO YOU SEE WHAT I SEE......
