after going to see Howard marks live a few nights ago i asked him what was his all time favorite smoke and said hash from up in the Himalaya so been looking for hash plants from the area but not having much luck, anyone any suggestions??

The Himalayas run through or are near Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Nepal & Pakistan..Uzbek and Tajik are in that area as well... So you're most likely looking for Indica's originating from any of those places.

there is also a lot of hashplant sativas in that areas.
he stated indica has from the mountian region mate, i just want to see what the man him self likes, he's a bit of a hero of mine lol

I was a fan of nepalese/himalyan strains for some time back around 2000 and grew a bunch of them over a 2 yr period. Its been a lot of joints and grow since then im going to look back through my notes to see some strains. but....
I dont know what is attracting you to them but for me, it was the very happy feeling of pleasantness that comes from smoking those strains of weed. The sadhu's know thier shit man.
Smoke, smile, love and peace: Thats the description of nepali/himalyan type strains. However, they alone(not in a cross) are not neavy hitters. Of the ones i grew and smoked, all were nice and produced the happiness, but i never grew a sledgehammer strain. Mellow, pleasant, happy.
Check sagmartha and others. Greenhouse seed company sells Himalayan gold and it is a very good representation of these far north indian strains. Its cold proof, vigorous and has the most pleasant buzz youll ever have.
These are nice strains and the kind that get forgotten in the ogkush craze.

the reason im attracted to them is last week i went to see Howard Marks..MR NICE
live on stage doing a talk on weed and at the end he held a bit of question and answer with the audience, i asked him out of all the weed hes smoked over the years all over the world what was his favorite he said himalayan indica hash, he had a good think about it and i threw a few suggestions at him ssh haze ,og kush and a few other but said deffo himalayan hash then went on to describe how it makes him feel , if its good enough for mr nice its good enough for me 
on a side note the guys a top bloke as well as a legend,very down to earth as well as very clever, meeting him in person and listening to his life story and some of his own pot based stand up comedy was a night il never forget
if i didnt have a family id be half way there already mate, missus and 2 young kids need me ,
can you still get reeferman seeds?, ive not seen any about for a long time
