yeah the reason I didn't want to kill him was his structure, he has great phyllotaxic formations, he smells like skunk but when shaken up smells a lot like thyme, a bit like the F1 male I selected.:tiphat:

Very interesting hissler, how are the Planties looking now? Lots more pistils? Less cramped in the box now?

Great work hisser. Have you noticed any loss in viggor with the f1s? I don't have much experience in breeding other than the reading I've done and was wondering if you have noticed the effects of heterossis(right?) on the initial cross and how much viggor is lost in subsequent generations?

Hi Mt Toaker, you mean F1 vs F2? I can't tell for sure since the F1 grow was in crappy soil & had lots of issues that I couldn't fix, I should be able to tell by comparing F2 to F3 :tiphat:

Internodal spacing looks great! Should really help yield. You ever think of doing some defoliation in that tight space?

Thanks guys :D
I don't really have to defoliate, for some reason big leaves have long stems, so most of them either get shredded by fan blades, or burn from touching the lamps, or end up suffocating from being tucked under and between pots :(
