Magnetic - Digital socket

I am using 2x1000w magnetic hps ballasts, only problem is that I don't know how to wire them up to the new digital sockets. Any help would be appreciated.

The sockets (do you mean the lamp socket?) are universal between magnetic and digital ballasts. The power cords are the same - but are either for 110v or 220v, they are not compatible.

The socket coming from the cooltubes has a male three prong end, I am trying to find out how I can wire the output wires from my ballast to the three prongs

Does the ballast have a plug to plug in the reflector or is it hard-wired to the ballast?

If its a plug you should me able to get an adapter if the prongs on the 2 plus don't match. If its hard wired I'd contact the Cooltube folks and ask their advice.

they are also available with a pigtail to wire to your ballast
try your local hydro store they should stock them

the mogul socket is the same the OP was looking for the female part of a detachable lamp cord assembly
