Hi,
Been wondering what this symptom is. My take is Zinc or Mag deficiency but also a Nitrogen def is possible although I've fed them well with Nitrogen. Plants 10 days into 12/12.
Lower and mid leaves are whiteish-yellowish between the veins. stems are lime green and look healthy..

EDIT. Spider mites and magnesium deficiency

calcium def?

calcium def?

Had a slight fungus gnat problem 1 week ago, which seems to have gone away. In the last week span i have had multiple plants develop very specific reddish/yellow dots that look to me like a calcium deficiency. just posting to verify, and then see what people think. Also is dolomite lime still the way to go? Thanks guys!

Hello!
What could this be?
the lower leaves is looking this way on all the plants.
2 week flower.
Ph 6,2
I'm using 3/4 of the nutrients . (Gold label)
Day/night temps 27C-20C. is the colder nights causing the problem?

Thanks in advance!

More info,

Plants transplanted into 10gal of fox farm ocean forest, 1st watering in big pots just had bigbloom, calmag, and silica ph'd to 6.5. Plants are under 1ks about 4 ft away. This happened last time I moved my plants from the veg room (800 watts t5HO) to the flower room also.

More info: Temperature is stable between 21-26 but had windows opene alittle bit the last days to refresh the air. stopped that now incase that was it. winter here. but did never see temp go under 21 with window open.
I actually have hydroponic system, and just got theese two and 1 more from a friend too make clones and then flower them the third died this way very rapidly. But they are in soil and i have just hydroponic canna veg and bloom fertilizer. gived maybe 20% of what pack says incase to much. Checked ph in soil run of water. was between 5-6 tried raising the ph in soil slightly by using ph+ adjuster with water made it allmost 8 ph and gave 1.5 liter each. run off was now between 6.5-7.
My light bulb says 400 watt name lucalox.lu400w/psl proper grow light with reflector. putting them to flower so have made light cycle 12/12 hours. from 6 to 6 since we have long nights here so no light interruptions will happen under flowering. hope this will tell alittle bit more

Hello Gardeners!

Brand new here and while having been a gardener for years, I am still learning and still asking questions ;0) Sometimes simple solutions are overlooked by me.

So I am growing both SPOG and Blueberry Diesel in "Royal Gold Basement" soil and using "Cutting Edge Solutions" nutrients. I water every other day and use nutrients every third watering. Five gallon containers, 5 weeks veg, and now 1 week into flower.

Here is the trouble; I feel the times I use plain water, that the ph is too low (6.0) and therefore 75% of the garden is downright bright lime-green in color. I might be too ph-adjust-happy. Hindsight 20/20, should plain waterings be a ph of 6.8 or so?

Is my soil now ph messed up? What should I do, if anything to counter that?
Should I have my nutrient-water at the 5.8-6.0 ph? And plain-water at 6.8 ph?
*Or should I slightly adjust those up to counter the regular watering at too low a ph?

Any advice / insight appreciated ! Thanks folks !

pokearound: Your plants are bright green because you are overwatering causing a N lockout. I did this before I got a moisture meter at my local nursery for $8.00.

Let that needle on the meter get all the way to the dry side before adding water. Now you can water each plant according to its actual needs.

I learned this by making stunted runts out of the most beautiful little SweetTooths you ever saw.

More experienced folks can tell you more about soil ph. I use 5.9-6.0 for my water and they haven't died yet. Most nutrients are available between 5.8 and 6.2..

Good luck with your plants. bg
