Can plant odors transfer to clothing?

I am not talking about rubbing into plants and wearing those clothes out, which of course I would never do!
I AM talking about lingering airborne odors making your clothes smell when you go out. Does that happen?
I have carbon filters and ozone generator going and usually no odors, but now there is an intermittent but strong odor at times. I do not notice it outside and am far from neighbors, but worry if my clothes may smell of it or not. thanks in advance for any responses.

Its never been a problem for me. Only if I had smoked beforehand, but never from my plants.

POT/MJ..... stinks.... I mean stinky in a peculiar strange way....VERY noticeable... maybe not as what exactly "IT" is...but will be aware of the strange smell....and heaven forbid one of them has a sensitive nose or hyper active smell glands.....

Yes, and yes.....especially if you are getting good results! I have resorted to wearing a white lab coat over my clothes! lol

Like everyone else has said "yes" it will stink up your cloths. I had once dried some buds in a walk in closet with all my clothes, and they stunk to high heaven. The whole closet full of clothes had to be rewashed.

I have a buddy who has problems with bugs alot he got to the point where he only goes into the flowering room after he takes a shower and only wearing his underwear lol.

But ya mj can make u REAK like stanky skunkness. I especially notice if I trim and then go to the store I walk around and can smell it on myself real strong.

Once I hung up a couple oz to dry in my closet with my t-shirts and I would get whiffs of stankness here and there from my clothes for sure.

People that dont smoke definitely smell it easier than us that are around it daily.

no no no I think most of you misunderstood!
OF COURSE I do not wear clothes in public that I wear when smoking or when tending to plants.

The question I am asking is: if there is some odor the odor control is not taking caring of anymore, is that growing plant odor going to collect on your clothes on a whole different level of the house and make you smell when you go out?

ok you understand me. I grow in my basement and any clothes I wear are on the main level. So it could cause issues then?

No not that bad but if clothes are in a grow area like being stored it sure can ,
its amazing how the human nose after being around the smell gets used to it and you think house doesn;' smell but sure enough when someone comes over and says holy crap it smells like skunk or weed lol then you know you got issues lol

as long as u have ur carbon scrubber scrubbing the air and exhausting.. u shouold be fine.. but if u dont clean ur air and the house reaks like buds.. then ya ur clothes will smell... but usually no.. i used to dry in my bedroom just hanging across from wall to wall with a rope and shit.. and my clothes in the closet 10 feet away were fine but i used a carbon filter to scrub the air in my room and not exhuast out just recirculate into the room and no problems!

I'll tell you what's worse than the smell sticking to your clothes is the smell clinging to the upholstery in your car. I'm still looking to see if I dropped a nug somewhere and just can't find it....
