1.5 sqft CFL Grow Cabinet 2L Hempy - Wappa

I haven't feed anything extra to the cuts, they are only in it for 10-12 weeks total. Rooted the cuts in party cups and up potted in like week three to a 8" pot and lollypop em'. So I guess I feed them when they go into bigger pots.

Hey looks good man!

I love wappa; one of the best available genetics for the $$. Looks like you got the good pheno too, the one that kinda looks like sheep wool and is super chunky. You may need to stake it. The other pheno is nice and a little more colorful but the wooly pheno is where it's at. Paradise has a great stable of genetics with a lot of diversity.

Do you have any idea on the Genetics? its soooo fruity smelling. I know paradise is pretty tight lipped but i was reading a thread where someone was able to talk to the grower and he spilled the genetics on Ice Cream. I already do need to stake it i think its in a 100% perlite 2l hempy and its dry and trying to tip after a day and a half. I didnt even know there were different phenos.

Yea i've cracked 15 fem beans of wappa over the course of last year and there seems to be 2-3 phenos predominantly. The skunky wool pheno and the fruity colorful pheno are the two most common (that i saw). Don't know the genetic makeup but if i were to make a guess i'd say a skunk x the widow that they seem to like using so much.
I usually chopped mine @ 9 and half weeks..

Smooth and skunky. Not exactly knock-down potency but more of a relaxing, night-time deal. Great bag appeal and easy to trim. I used to love breaking up wappa nuggets... They're real chunky and have a great skunky fruity pebbles type smell...
I actually just harvested the last of my wappa last week ha. Good stuff and easy on the wallet.

doing great chloemobile - buds look really great for the days flowering, I'm really behind you this time! :)

I agree with eastbeast on the smoke report.
On a side note, I noticed wappa's also a real mold resistant strain while drying/curing (can't say the same for Shiva Skunk of Sensi and Pandora of Paradise Seeds... ime)

Root- thanks man. I love the way the clones turned out as one little nug tower. Hoping to do a mini sog of plants just like that and my personnel need will be met :)

She is getting slowly worse it looks like :/ hairs are starting to turn more orange but growth has slowed down a lot if not completely. Fan leaves continue to drop like flies. Would it be too late to transplant into soil? Lol. I dropped the feeding down based on a recommendation to 5ml/ gallon. She is still drinking a little slower it seems. I had to water after three days today instead of two. Worst case scenario I can't save it - what do I do to salvage what I can? I already have a Bonzai mom and some clones going so its not catastrophic, but damn these nugs are frosty and I would be heated as fuck for a few days if I lost them.

I picked a bud off tonight ( probably barely .1 )because times were desperate. I blow dried The tiny nug , Didn't do much for the smell but my 4 week flowering nug was really impressive! Me and my fiancé got super lit off a few hits in the bubbler. Long lasting and great high. I can feel the immaturity of the high though so I'm excited to see what the full experience turns out to be.

hrm..
i'm no expert but floranova bloom has a decent amount of Nitrogen, yet your fan leaves are yellowing and dying... these and other signs look like a lockout... what's your water ph?
what are your temps around the buds? do you see any pests (gnats)?

Is this you're first time using the perlite DWC method?
I've never used the hempy system; and i'm not knocking it, but in the future maybe just use a good soilless mix and go from there? it's pretty cheap and quite foolproof..

Ph is 5.8-6.2. Temps are 77-79. First time using the perlite. Maybe my ph meter calibration is off. I don't have any calibration solution right now unfortunately. Someone told me it was burn but it def looks like lock out because i went down on nutrients considerably. 100% perlite method is not for me lol. I have some organic soil cooking that I'm going to use next. Trying to get away from bottle nutes.

well my PH meter was saying that my Ph was in the 5.8-6.2 range, thinking that it was the main point of failure i checked the water with the drops - 8+!!!!!!! ugh no wonder plant is pissed. i fixed the water hopefully it recovers. Nugs are still fattening up and looking pretty as ever but fan leaves are almost gone. We shall see in a couple of days how she recovers. live and learn. From what i read it has to be pretty far gone for it not to recover so im hopeful.

How long should I let this go? My help has seemed to be doing more harm then good. Trying to salvage. Gonna chop soon unless someone can give me some advice :/

While I'm sure your PH problem is the source of your deficiencies, I wonder if your growing medium is causing some issues too. I'm also growing in hempy buckets but 1/3 of the medium is vermiculite, so it stays well aerated. I feel like that may have some effect, but I don't know how much it has to do with your current problem. In any case, going back to a healthy pH ought to do your babies some good, I say stick with it

you are at 4-5 weeks: don't chop now please...
you got your culprit, ph, so get to proper ph and wait a little, a week at least.

if it gets worse and worse you cut, otherwise in a month you get better quality and quantity... hang on mate :)

Alright thanks for the wisdom. I just don't want the whole crop to go. Not sure what that point is so I'm being preemptive and cautious. Because after the test bud I could be fine the way it is.

I was reading some more about the Lucas formula and in one of the ask Lucas segments he said that in my medium it's best to only feed once a week at full strength and then water for the In between Waterings. Or if you want to feed every time do it at 1/4 strength. Wish I would have known that prob would have helped with some of my problems. I promised myself I wouldn't over feed and look what I did.

Nah you're good...
The buds look fine, it's just your fan leaves that are f$&@ed. Give em some love with ph'd water and maybe a kelp-based nutrient after a week or so of a plain water diet. They might take a little longer to ripen but they should definitely start to recover. Wappa is a hardy little plant.
