Just got a tent !!

2x4x6 mylar tent
Hydrofarm SBM150S 150-Watt Mini Sunburst with HPS Lamp
2 fluorescent 2 foot long 20w plant grow
tiny fan
spring water
good organic farm soil with organic fertilizer in bottoms so they can take as needed.

25 days in. will start flowering soon as i see how they like the tent.

was going to sneak grow BTOG and tie it down and closet grow Blue Mammoth auto.. then got the tent. kitten knocked over the BTOG 1 week in had to replant..seems happy now.

I am thinking of getting an large sour cream plastic bucket and cutting the bottom to fit a screen and layer two or three filters and activated charcoal with the fan on top to draw the air out the top vent.. or figure out a way to use the bottom side vent with same setup.

Need some way to set fluorescents up and adjust for side lighting...that keep it as is lol... yes i rigged them myself.

I do have CFL's i used for the box grow last time but have not figured if i want those used or not. I learned i needed more light and better air venting for lower humidity. current temp stays around 75.

i agree plenty of room had i not planned on the box grow with the btog.. not sure i want to replant her now.. so only those 2 this go round. that damn auto is already putting out.

are you asking a sog type grow? but if it is netting.. hang it from the frame. mind you im not going to do that. just going to let them grow free and give them dowels for support if needed. i am still learning what and how i want to grow. i will try scrog next i think.

you should bake all soil over an open flame outside in a steeel drum ills all bugs and pathagens ,dont do it inside it stinks bad,lol goodluck

lol i understand the baking thing.. but ive grown gardens from a young pup and see nothing wrong with all the extra in my dirt if i wanted nothing but ferts and a sterile grow compound i would do dwc or steel wool.

You could also just go out back, grab a stick, and give it a good scrub.
Nice little grow Banefoul. What kind of fans are you using with that air filtraition set up you described?
I used soil out of my garden when I first started to grow. I've worked hard to build it up and figured, "what can it hurt". The problem is you're eventually gonna end up with bugs. I never take in cuttings from others, but have had some hard battles with mites and knats... I switched to a non soil based formula (lucas) and haven't seen a bug in 3+ years. Just my

as for scrubber i am using a 2lb yogurt container cut a hole in the bottom put a nice micro mesh cotton type material over the hole, a 2 inch layer of activated carbon and a couple drops peppermint oil. using one of those small metal round office fans fits the top.
