TEXAS ... why... see the bush family.....

Totally agree with ya on the Bush fam.. Don't you think if we legalize or allow some type of "medical" cannabis it might help with some of the violence in Mexico?? I know there is still going to be coke and weapons trafficed but the cartels get the majority from bud..

My guess is either Oklahoma, or Minnesota. I would have said Arkansas previously, but I can't!

Not so, GS. The District of Columbia already has an MMJ program. :)

speaking of....OK
did... U know....

there latest law...

Under the new law, which specifically creates a new felony for converting marijuana to hashish, conviction of a first offense would result in a prison sentence anywhere from two years to life in prison. Sentences would be doubled for second offenses and those convicted would be ineligible for suspended sentences or probation.

Common some of the states mentioned have med pot or at least decriminalization! It's got to be a backward bumpkin state full of rednecks and heavily Republican. Utah, Nebraska, Miss, Alabama, Tenn, take your pick!

Missouri- they are 20+ years behind on everything in normal living. They will be back 20+ years on MMJ.- They love their goats here........and sheep if you know what I mean. lmao!

I'd have to go with Oklahoma also. Harsh penalties. Surrounded by other states with similar police state mentality. In general, regressive and backward attitudes. And finally, Merle Haggard.

I think its a matter of which states will NEVER?
Oklahoma, Nebraska, Misery, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina. The USA would cease to exist before they institute MMJ.
I doubt even Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, or even Alabama will pull it off despite the propositions. Not being pessimistic. Simply matter of they are all good ol' boy states whos prison systems, cronyism, and LEO swear it will never happen. They are the home states for all the biggest baddest anti MJ lobbies. Their laws are written to suck big pharma, alcohol, and private prison dick.
The feds tell some of them to jump, they ask how high? others they don't even have to tell cause they've been jumping and boot polishing for the last 100+ years.

Big Pharma will be the reason it DOES become legal in most states . once they get their hands on it ... it will pass in just about every state ... if not all . too many pockets for them to get their hands in for it not to .not that it will get any easier on the grower ... cuz it won't . gonna be to many restrictions & paperwork & red tape for the average joe ... card or not .

Texas. If you EVER think you've got it bad, move to Texas. North Texas is the closest thing to a police state there is in the USA.

So bad I moved away from my kids to get the hell out. If I still lived there, I would be in prison. Since I left, nooooooo problems at all.

Only bad thing, DFW women are the hottest on earth.

Virginia will be the ONE. Where else can you face up to 30 years for growing a plant.
BTW: DC is not the Feds for the person who posted such info. They have their own Mayor, city council, etc. that are not part of the federal system. And their MMJ program is locked down tighter than a frogs butt spread across a 55 gallon drum. It's not Cali kids.
