couple questions on your MFT:
1. Are you pumping any extra solution directly into the beds or are you getting enough from your top irrigation tubes to supply enough water for the whole root mat?
2. I run a more traditional NFT system in narrower plastic channels, but I am thinking the larger bed allows more space for roots to spread out and build an interwoven mat and that would of course be a +.
3. Have you ever tried placing airstones directly into the bed so when the root mat develops there is air being pumped directly into the mat as well as the air in your res?
Great vids and thanks for the free beans! I am looking forward to the rockstar diesel! ;)

power outage in the bc outback? i know of it all too well.. if it gets windy or starts to snow hard you can set your watch to it. Tree's fall over and take out power lines all the time where im at. I always keep my 9k gas genny full of fuel just incase. That way i can run a hand full of bulbs/pumps and a lil heater till the hydro stabilizes.

Good luck dude hopefully you can salvage some flowers.

yo yo,

1- the only solution is via the spaghetti tubes.
2- yes, the beds offer much more room, oxygen etc etc
3- airstones are a waste of time, between the ducts at the highest point and the drain at the lowest point tons of air is circulated

no prob. I am making nutes still. just on a communal level. I have 2 huge distribution deals on the table, just busy with other projects. I project my nute line will be available north america wide by 2013, but dont quote me, peace, mm

ps i have heard alot of people tossing all their parent stock replacing them with their new rsd's aka super sour diesels. they are dynamite...
