Out of curiosity, what's your background in science Storm Shadow? I hear you hating on everyone, yet all I see is you throwing up abstracts that anyone using a pubmed key word search could find in a matter of minutes. here some erl I just made with 36g of pre98 and 20g of GSC. great meds for the evening!

used 2cans of spark 7x and was heated to 114 and vac purged half dozen times. yield was 8.6g

me and prophets cookies only tested at 21-22 percent.....when i hear 26 percent i think maybe the testing centers arent totally accurate...there have been cases where the same weed was sent to multiple testing centers with different results at each.

id venture to say the forum cut is the f1durban x OG because it looks NOTHING like cherrypie....if anything the OGKB looks more like cherry pie both in veg and finished nug form.

forum cut yields the exact same bud that ive seen called "cookies" in the hemp center and within that circle.....

The testing is accurate only for that specific nug. Having one bud test at 20% thc out of a whole pound is not an accurate way to determine the entire pound. Each bud in that pound will have a different Thc percentage...

There are many strains that test over 25% thc....like the green ribbon cut I have. Seen it get as high as 27%. However it is NOT a super potent strain (go figure!) You will get higher off of 15% og than 27% green ribbon any day.

So basically DEPENDING on the other cannabinoids in the buds, HIGH THC doesn't necessarily mean you get HIGHER...

Lab testing can be skewed a number of ways. It all depends on how each lab performs the assay. There's different types of THC, each with their own specific boiling point. One lab could test strictly for delta-9-THC, while others may choose to include delta-8-THC and THCV in the results as well, with the latter two having higher boiling points. Handling procedures in the lab can also have a large impact.

The most likely reason for the large swing in percentages is due to the technician running the assay. You can take a sample and have ten different people follow the same protocol and receive ten different values.

There's a reason continuity and reproducibility are so valued in the scientific community. Personally, I wouldn't put much stock into a lab result like this unless it was the same technician running the assay across multiple samples. Even then, it would only be useful in comparison to other strains tested by the same tech.

Green ribbon is definitely some fire....and extremely unique smell and taste. One of my favorites no doubt. Just not that devastating high that some get from an og or cookie! Which is surprising considering the high thc% of the GR...

Flo-Ridah OG...definitely a recently given nickname I would guess. My buddys got an OG Kush that he got from Rainbow family awhile back and supposibly the story goes that Chemdog met up with B Real and gave him an OG and Sour Diesel, B Real brought them back to CA and took em up to the Rainbow family in the Boldt. Still wondering what that pheno is, maybe the original OG Kush? He said he thought they called it the Fire OG but I dont really think it looks like Raskals
