Flowering panel for entire grow?

So I am having issues with my plants. Not sure whats going on with them. Just very slow to grow. you can see more info here; https://www.icmag.com/ic/showpost.php?p=5318765&postcount=1

Does anyone run flowering model led's from start to finish? My led's do have blue in them but I am starting to wonder if the lack of blue is what is hurting me.

Any thoughts? I am running 2x90w unknown ufo's and a blackstar 245w but all are flowering models.

I would think it would be the other way around, too much blue [or at the wrong nm] could be a problem. Blue hues are for veg.

LED flower power..........You've either got a weak light. Do not have it close enough or wrong spectrum and ratio or all of the above...I'm sure if you check out VerantGreen's thread, you'll be more amazed. He does some serious growing with straight LED's as well and his ratio and spectrum is much better than mine.

advancedledlights.com lamps have dual modes. veg and flower. i have been extremely satisfied with my diamond series 200 and diamond series xml.

what light cycle do you run them while in veg?

what nutes are you feeding them?

I can see running flower lights in veg causing more stretch but not limit growth itself.

Might just have to go buy some clones tomorrow as I am at a point where I don't know what to do.

IMHO red makes roots at the expense of shoots.

Look at the leaves. It looks like they are doing the light avoidance dance.
I'm not seeing curling, like it's too hot.
Is there visible moisture on the margins of the leaves?
The leaves should be sticking straight out or pointing to the light, like feed me more.
Instead, they're kind of droopy and and saying blah.

What is interesting is the squatness of the plant. Have they been under the these lights from the get go?

What I would do is throw'em under a couple of T5's and see what happens.

Aside from a few days under florescent as seedlings they have been under these lights from the start.

I have to believe that I am not the only one to use a flowering panel from start to finish.

The size and condition of the plant do not justify such a high EC.

Cut back on the food until you see new growth.

If it was that url you sent me ,then you definitely need more blue.. that 425 isn't cutting it. I'd say at this point if you have another light source to add and then when it starts to flower, you can use straight led but for now that spectrum is making it short, squat and just not happy at all....tenthirty I think covered all that if I'm not mistaken...

Looks like the plant is 3 inches tall and has 5 nodes!! LOL...don't mean to laugh but just thinking of all those nodes that close together...

Ok, so I took the blackstar out and replaced it with a florescence panel. Ill give it a few days to see if the lack of blue is what is causing this.

they look ok to me... maybe a bit overfed.

i use the same panels for veg and flower. you can pretty much veg plants under anything but they dont really like strong light so back the LED's off if they dont look happy

I have vegged with 1k hps no problem so it isn't the red thats doing it. Many have vegged with flowering lights and I am sure many have with flowering led lights as well with no issues.

In your setup it might take a minute for the roots to get up to size and then it will start shooting up like a weed. Just back the light up a bit more and see how the plants doing, nute burn or anything and check your ec etc.
