Yeah I had to think about this one ...CBME lol,, Okay your looking for sleep? Then your looking for Indica .. If your looking for a more energetic type high I would try sativa.. Obviously it's much wider then this but this is how you would start headband 707

YES, the indica dominate plants will provide the most CBME..
I too suffer from long term diabetic neuropathy in feet, legs and stomach....
and always rely upon the strongest indica I can keep around...
my current poison of choice is a stout.... Exodus Cheese x Lemon Larry OG.... from BiTy....

lol Okay your study is suggesting that cannabis all cannabis it's not giving any type this is where you need to find out which one. The study that you have brought is also suggesting the you use tintures which may or may not help .. Using cannabis is a personal thing like ALL DRUGS USED on the market.. In other words Tylenol #3 may work very well for you and not for me.
Now you are targeting Severe pain ? Sleep? Neuro shock cannabis will only assist with the drugs you are already taking . Cannabis is not a do everything drug but far safer and better then the synthetic drugs offered by your doctor. I would suggest you eat cannabis and grow it. Your going to need to start educating yourself on what type of cannabis will work for you. I would work on getting indica for sleep and sativa for daytime.
