Hoss thanks for putting up those pictures, things are looking fantastic!!

Gcg- a mantis invasion would be pretty cool! The solar lighting is a pretty sweet deal, obviously with us being off grid.

The Boys- This is a medical grow with the proper paperwork. I'm assuming your saying it's a bad idea because it's like a beacon in the night allowing people to see my operation?

^^yeah for cops but even if your legal you might have problems with thieves, even in the middle of nowhere it would probably stand out like a swore thumb. so be carfull !

GCG - So far there's only two of them in the new garden, so no mantis invasion yet unfortunately.

The Boys - Surprisingly enough, for being on the side of the hill it's actually hidden real well. We have 3-4 neighbors on adjacent hills about a mile away that can definitely see, but you can't see anything from town and only 1 very brief spot as you're driving up towards the drive. Nevertheless we will be increasing security and adding some cameras just for added peace of mind.

Here are some pictures now for your viewing pleasure.

Mini solar panel from Costco that charges 4 AA's or AAA's, with a USB and miniUSB port. Pretty crucial.

Carport girls are finally shaking off their stress. I took these clones about 3 months ago. They were neglected, hit with about 10 hours of darkness the first night they came up, and weren't hardened off at all

Manny looking extra metallic today

Tiny guy, thought he was camouflaged, little did he know...

Large lion log. A little intimidating

And then I stumble upon these. A whole carcass scattered. Just the one digit though, thankfully with some tan hair. Clearly a lion. Yikes. Good luck everyone, stay safe !

GCG - Definitelyyy should have bear spray, although I dont. I do however have a nice knife and a machete that I carry with me everywhere.

ayotayo - Thanks for stopping by, and for the words of encouragement. Cheers !

Alrighttt I'm a little due for an update. I meant to grab the nice camera from jbar before he left, but forgot, so we're stuck with camera phone pics for another round. I should be chopping my first lady in 10-14 days. Feel like I'm just staring at the calendar lately...although I'm starting to see some amber, so we're getting closeeee

Surely the reason the bears feel so welcome
