flying with herb

So Me and My wife are going to vegas on a trip. We will be going to see Furthur in oct.. It will be awesome but, We need herb. Last time I was there last year ( my wonderful wife's present to me was a trip to Vegas for furthur and my bachelor party, It was amazing) The problem was there was no herb. No one from any where was driving in to town with anything. I have mad tinture but it just doesn't cut it all the time. I need big doobies. And I have also became a huge snob. Organic or i cant hang, and I am sure if i find some Vegas herb it will be chemmed out.
I was going to fly with some. I hear of people doing it all the time. I was just planning on vac sealing like a 1/4 or 1/2 ounce and putting it in my check bag.
What do you all think. Any suggestions.

OR should I just mail some to myself I got a room already and will be in town for like 3 days.

i don't know man, sounds like a good way to get fucked to me. not in a good way. but i have no practical experience with taking cannabis on planes i the US post 9/11. sounds like a bad idea to me though.

weed laws suck there. friend got popped for seeds and stems. be damn carefull there. i lived there once for a bit. if you win big you can however get all the hookers and blow you can handle without leaving the casino lol

The risk - reward factor doesn't work out IMO.

You would be exposing yourself to the risk of thousands of dollars in legal fees, potential jail time, employment issues, and a whole lot of other bullshit you shouldn't have to deal with due to our ridiculous cannabis prohibition, all for a 72 hour trip to Vegas.

Not worth the potential hassle IMO.

are you a medical card holder?

my friend called the Port of Portland to ask about flying and they said to make a copy of your medical card and put that with your meds in your checked luggage. NV is a medical state, and you really only get checked leaving your airport.

also, if all else fails, go to a nice hotel or casino and ask the valet parking guys, they know where everything is.

vegas likes to make sure you leave broke one way or another. lots of tourists are arrested. stay safe and have good time man. i never take weed to vegas

DIDM- technically only the city is med the rest of the state they will fuck you, the reason no one will drive with herb.

Right after 9-11 when security was tight i kid you not i was so young and fucking stupid i brought 1 oz of yay up to canada, sold it, brought 2 1/2 zips back in my cargo short pockets. Wtf was i thinking, but it worked lol, i was young enough that i couldnt fly alone and had to be superviesd by an airport employee, straight to the front of security and no one blinked an eye. Although i stil cant figure out what i was thinking.

Sorry lol to answer your question, i personally would mail it in the future, even if it was intercepted i would say its unlikely anything more would happen... but ya never know.

I will be completely honest here.....if you are travelling with your wife, then have her use "nature's pocketbook". I never travel without my meds, and luckily, being a woman, I have a very safe place for it. Just get the amount you willl need, compact the shit out of it, I vacuseal it, then wrap it in duct tape, make sure there are no sharp edges, tape a string to it, I use a string from a tampon...make sure the string will not pull free of the package, and have her insert like a tampon. I always remove mine, as soon as I board the plane, as the package can get uncomfortable. If she is willing, that is the way to go. If the package shows up on that body scan, it looks like a tampon... I have never been caught doing this. I have been through the body scanner, and a pat down, and never had any issues. As soon as I get into the rental car, TOH is getting the blunt ready!!!!!!!! Best of luck!!!!! PS......the most I have ever been able to comfortably carry is an ounce...remember it has to be real compacted for her to be comfortable!!!!!

Vegas sucks. Lived there for a few years and yeah... the meds are crap unless you find someone who really cares, but then they're usually not talking to anyone. :)

Stick with the tincture or edibles... if you can eat it, it's your best way to beat it.
