no one knows really and i dont think you will get a reply from thseeds,,

if there was a ogk in there its "good" qualities were really recessive in that cross

If you really want BUKU in the genes get Karma' Dominator or Mahayana (remember, quite long flowering). Otherwise there are loads of different OG crosses on bay and bou.

the attractant for me to the Buku was the 50 day finishing time. Thats the claim, i hope its true.

I got ran short indica 55-60 day pheno of BUKU when I was given it to try. It was pole plant type and didn't want to branch out. It smelled like citrus but not it a good way and the high was lackluster. It also was not a producer just a slow pole plant

On the other hand I ran seeds from kushage which is the og kush/SAGE cross and got an fantastic keeper. Very strong up sativa high with a strong incense smell that comes through to the taste. The plant is frosted all over with like og but the sage gives it bud mass. Also stretches good so I don't havta veg forever. Somehow the haze from the SAGE also comes thru in the high. I finally found my 1 in 1000. Keep popping those seeds

So I binned the BUKU. Kushage is still here

nope thats not the keeper pheno bro...the one to choose looks identical tho that picture on their page, just incredible resin rock hard, fire in 7,5 weeks....
i got it in 08 from a fem. pack but 4males 1female..
sad to see that anyone have complaints with genetic mix ups, from their beans...
because my keeper pheno was really impressive i keept it for 3 years and i wish i had keept it longer, it was really fire x10...

I too was a victim of this Seed Mixup.. Or whatever TH Seeds did with this variety.

I flowered out clones of all females from a 10 seed pack, and got very sativa results, some took 13 weeks.. NO phenotype resembling Indica.

When I brought this up with Adam of TH Seeds in person, his solution was "Should have bought two packs...."

That's bullshit, you shouldn't have to buy 2 packs to get something decent. There should be at least one good plant in every pack and if their isn't someone is doing a crappy job making the seeds.

I've watched their video's and I get a total con artist vibe.

I did have decent luck with an MK Ultra seedpack, and Sage n Sour seeds were not so bad. But the BUKU thing was a complete mess. Nothing even remotely resembling INDICA in 3 or 4 Females. Extreme Sativas that smelled common, and attracted Spider mites from miles around, while other plants ignored them. Phenos from seed cloned and grown out to the tune of 9 months. You know the lengthy process, Guys...

I have a freebie seed MK Ultra Fem growing, from a different order - looking good. If it is special, I will deffo keep it, but call it something else to deprive Adam of any possible accolades..! haha..

A good friend of mine ended up with 4 females out of a pack and not one was remotely appealing in any way FWIW. This was no more than 2 years ago.

i grew their buku from seed and found i believe 3 females one male... it was from a fem pack the females where pretty good look ok internodes where perfectly spaced apart and she didn't need much de-leafing... nothing special tossed her out this was in florida
also grew their heavy duty fruity and found one female she was alright.

just got done like last grow with a burmese kush freebie fem seed.. it looks good has nice crystals.. and is sticky.. but no smell at all.. and i am finding out now that im actually smoking it .. that it hermied as i found a couple sacks at the node! iuno ive ran Sage from th seeds.. that was a good plant.. i found a great pheno of it.. butttt iuno i dont really like th seeds as much anymore.. DNA is were it is at sorry but i have yet to pop a pack and not get a keeper!!!

ive grown this out as well, but found a killer female. Nice kushy smell with some berry undertones with about 7-8 week flower time. Very potent stuff and a huge yielder. This was grown out of a pack about 3 years ago.
