Just found this 1 Danks...Not sure how you came about taking over/inheriting a 160 plant licensed MJ warehouse setup , but there`s plenty of room for improvement......
First off , the bare bulbs yas got blastin megawattage sideways instead of down on those small plants needs to change.....I mean...
Set up a buncha 8 bulb 432 watt T-5`s right down on top of em and a dtw timed feed setup to keep em fed properly so they`ll stack nodes and limbs so as to not get so stretchy and leggy with increased internode spacing.......then....
Drop the ceilings down and cover everything in reflectix including the ceilings if yas`re gonna continue to drop bare bulbs down into the rooms....and....
Surround the bulbs with properly pre-vegged , pruned and shaped plants flipped 12/12 where all sq ftg is taken up with plants and lights are dropped down to the tops of the plants at all times with the bottom tips of the bulbs level with the tops, and raised as they grow up and out till end of stretch....and then......
Once the plants are in full swellage mode , drop the bulbs down where the tops of the mogul sockets are even with the tops of the plants and keep em there till end of cycle....
CO2 supplements of 750 ppm`s continuous whether by major air exchange twice per minute , tanks with controllers , or generators , will keep the plants requirements during lights on under control.....and.....
If using CO2 supplements , higher ambient temps are needed in the mid 80`s with dialed environment including 70% relative humidity till end of stretch for that increased metabolism so nutrient uptake and transpiration stay in sync.....also....
Lights on/off temps need to stay within 10 degree variables as well as watchin lights off RH levels in mid-late flower to prevent condensation forming on the plants and causing airborn pathogens to proliferate and attack delicate nuggage in multi plant facilities....
Krusty used ta run sulphur burners to prevent powdery mildew/molds and budrot/botyritis from forming , but that`s some nasty stinkin shit....
Major air exchange always took care of my old ass over the yrs and I live in Hell with 80-90 % RH yr round....but there`s many ways to skin a mule....and lastly....
Always use your big lights for flowering 12/12....It`s a big waste of power and flowering space to veg with em , when yas can be runnin crops right behind each other a month or so apart in age and be harveyin perpetually for more runs per yr ftw.....
Anyways....Just tryin to help and not tell yas what to do , but rather steer yas towards dialage and greatness down the road from all them yrs of me doin this shit.....

im working with a tiny budget or else id be doing my undercurrent system. place was full mites itsbeenalot of hard work. ive only had 75 clones in for a week or so and now getting another 75 today or tommorrow. the reason i was vegging inthe bare bulb room is because the other roomwas full of garbage andno bulbs. ive fixed all that and now running 9 and 9 flip with hortilux will be placing 2 tear stadium on bare bulbside and using the shades on the other. ivedialed in both rooms at 77 day 70 night with exhaust during night cycle. ill post pics soon.

so i got one room dialed in with co2 nightime ventilation and proper ground insulation in a complete darkroom that i have 9 1000w with lr1000 hoods and hortilux bulbs, ill keep vegging for a couple more weeks till the small clones get a chance to bush up. ill be working on the other room to make sure i got no light leakage and proper ground insulation and set up bare bulbs for bigger bushes. ive also taken over another wrehouse with 400 plants lisence with some pics to come soon. thats a 48 lighter havent taken a day off in a month.
