I'm growing Og raskel wifi along with Dutchgrowns sweet cindy 99

Really only question i have is at what point in flower do you stop tucking the branches under the screen?
My understanding is two weeks into flower. advice needed -

I usually keep tucking them under until the stretch is finished, which is around the 2 week mark that you mentioned. You want to keep all of the tops at close to the same elevation so that one (the highest) doesn't start to dominate, making the other buds smaller. The stretch is highly variable - some varieties will double their size (or more), and some barely change.

Both of those strains should stretch quite a bit. If it is your first run with them I would overveg a little rather than risking not maxing it out on weight. Just be sure to keep track of dates so you'll know when to flip next time. Of course if this is from seeds you'll have to add another run to see what clones will do.

ok thats in line with what i have read up to this point
how high above the pots do you think is normal -im thinking maybe mine might be too low or close?
these are all clones and they do normally stretch but being my first scrog im not sure how much room i should leave for them

About the only criteria on height is that you need to be able to work under there to some extent. I usually run my screen about 6" above the edge of the pot. It is a pain in the ass to work on, but doable. Many of the indica dominant plants aren't going to lend themselves to running the screen too much higher than that.

This is the run that I'm currently vegging, 6" workspace -

I personally set the height of the screen at the tops of the plants just as I flip. Then I keep tucking and arranging as needed. Usually every other day or so until stretch is done.. and then here and there as they fill in and put on weight.

It's really irrelevant how much you do it.. it only matters the end result. If you have an even and full canopy with supported bud sites for weight gain then you're done.

-hey thanks for the pic/answer that helps
just curious what light size and normal yeild you normally get with that set up in the pic

hard to say exactly their age as they are clones from a friend
and yes i do know how to supercrop and lst just new to the screen method , im really trying to up my yeild.

The size of your light will determine how far you allow your branches to grow up from the screen. People differ whether to top the plants so as to allow more lateral branching but most strains seem to do just as well by using LST or supercropping in conjunction with the screen.

hey Ninja you got any questions or need help pm me have a look at my scrog in my signature
depending on your light source, i can direct you from clone to harvest and lots of secrets through out to increase your yield tri fold

I use either a Lumigrow ES330 with a couple of 55w PLL sidelights, or the Hybrid fixture in my sig. Current tune on the hybrid fixture has it pulling roughly 410 watts. My usual yield is around 10-12 ozs, or 2-1/2 to 3 ounces per plant.

Hey Ninja what kind of lighting are you using ???? i realize this is the begining of the scrog learning method for you i would suggest next grow little bigger pots 5 gallon or so when transplanting clones into the pot transplant them off set and at a angle this way it will allow you to train your plant around pot tieing top every 2 - 3 " around pot mean while super cropping all tops creating a bushy plant
flipping to flower consists of having your screen 3/4 full
* Note - would be a good idea to make a better scrog table one that you can adjust and not have so loose as your present one is
once you flip you keep stretching plant out wider keeping everything under your scrog table goal is to have buds @ scrog height and even canopy super cropping thru the 10 day stretch phase is what you need to do once buds start to form thats it leave it alone , start trimming under scrog table all lower bud sites and maintain cleaning throughout flowering period.
As for top of canopy your going to need to fold the leafs under thus helping shaded bud sites hope this helps you out

As far as stretch goes, it is the first 40% of the flower cycle. Amount of stretch varies from strain to strain, but you can bank on the 40/60 rule in my experience...

ok the strech is mostly over and because of the different strains i have an uneven canopy but it seems to be working out. I'm hoping to yeild like 3lbs ,i just added 2 400 watts hps to hit the side of the canopy, along with my 3 600 watts air cooled above.
anyone wanna guess what i might expert to yeild?

long way to go before you can guess yield IMO i would clean up some real low, lower bud sites, By doing this it will use give more energy to produce some nice top buds that is where your going to gain weight

yes i got more trimming to do -but i do have a 400 hitting the side of the grow so some of the lower sites do get light but the inner plants i agree do not just a pain in the ass to get to, but thanks for the advice a checking out my grow
