I'd suggest doing a google search for "Health Canada MMPR", than you'll be better able to make a more informed decision on wheather you chose to hand over your birth name, n info to the gov just in time for them to tell you you can't grow legally anymore, or if you'd rather just do what you have to do with a doctor failing you for your own health.
After that tell your doc you're firing them, n you should be contemplating taking them to a human rights tribunal hearing for attempting to deny you an attempt to excercise your right to informed consent.
An offense which leaves 1 open rightfully to seaking damages.
These fuckin baught n paid for doctors won't pull thier heads out of thier asses untill it hits thier bank accounts, n than they'll do what the science says, n not big pharma, or the college/union.
Also you can do the above with a free lawyer provided by a human rights advocacy group in w/e province you're in while they'll have to pay for thiers and it soon gets the calculator going on how much it may cost them to deal with over the long haul while you're getting on for free.
read up on the mmpr, n you should be able to decide for yourself if you want them to have your name or not for what it'd be worth at this point in time.

Why would anyone reem their doctor out? I know many young doctors, as well as a few older ones and none of them like this. They don't get any support from the Canadian Medical Association nor from Health Canada. HEALTH CANADA made them the gatekeepers and it's a shitty position for them to be in.
Just because doctors don't write every stoner a prescription, doesn't mean they should be hung out back and shot. People give shit to doctors when it's completely unwarranted. They're just doing their job given the circumstances they're dealt. No one ever says anything good about them, they just complain when they don't get their way.
Some one heard us building and called the cops. Was a big space, so they thought I was big time. I was over double over my plant limit. At this point, if I have to resort to led's, please shoot me.

Fair argument I suppose, if you work for your doctor n not the other way around, but far as I'm concearned n need medicating I don't work for them, they work for me.
Is kinda why they get paid our tax dollars via my account when I go to them.
Why would I allow a doctor to get paid on my behalf when they're not even adhering to the most basic of medical rules n allowing me to excercise my RIGHT to informed consent.
Far as they're support system they've got more of 1 than me n lots of other realy sick ppl across the country so they can suck it up I think.
Beside the whole gate keeper argument is a horse shit 1 at that.
They shouldn't be gate keepers for a medical prescription that's a controlled substance?
Since when isn't that kinda 1 of thier most basic services after givving me the info I need to decide for myself what actions I'd like to take?
They sure seem to be fine being gatekeepers for all the deadliest drugs on the planet, n certainly aren't holding back on handing them out left right n center as is evident by how much is available all over the streets.
What's the excuse for not wanting to be "gate keepers" for something as benign as weed?
Than there's the fact the only 1's who do sign arer just using it to rape patient's wallets.
Sorry it's just not anything imo that deserves to be heald in as high a regard as many would pretend n certainly not mounted atop a pedestal.
When they're not paying attention solely to the science n give more of a fuck about HC, n the college, it's no longer a scientific field of medicine, it's an industry of 1 n nothing more.
As an industry who else would dictte who gets paid n who doesn't other than the consumer/customer.
It's thier job to help ppl get the treatments they need and choose, not to decide for them, or they'd be as liable as they're claiming to be afraid of being.
There's a huge liability in forcing a treatment on someone, they should have more ppl remind them it's just as big an offense and liability to deny a treatment to someone that can aid them with w/e condition they have.
Informed consent isn't just a catch phrase, it's a chartered right to be the single decision maker involving anything you put into your body, above all medical or legal for that matter.
I don't think it's at all frivolous to expect some action to be taken when someone tries to deny you that right like any other right we have n fight to keep n excercise, specially when it's the only right you have to be exempt from the cdsa in the 1st place.
It even kinda starts to infringe on your right to security also since you have to worry about being unpapered as a patient n being held as a criminal all because some doctors biased bullshit oppinion not based on any science at all.
If they want sympathy they can seek it from the prohibitionists.
