I grew kksc for years.... I'd say that the main aroma you're looking for is more hazy, with a fruity background. No overwhelming strawberry smell... Smells piffy and fruity, burns like a haze. Also she never went purp for me once, can say the same for many friends gardens...

its a seed of the berry plant ...

google it , you'll see SC with purple tones pictured , some threads from icmag show it also .. :tiphat:

i was told to look for orange hairs, light green colors and a weird grapefruit smell ... to be real the original description didn't sound too exiting , but this flowers turned out to be a real beauty :dance013:

My apologies I didn't realize it was from seed you grew. I was talking about kksc - kyle kushman strawberry cough clone.

ive got the same cut. i think its pretty darn good. yields welll and haz anice hazy high. great medicine! love the flavor on this one too. its not your typical flavors so its real a treat. i don't smoke it every day but when i do its in the mornings and day time. my buds look a lot like the ones posts. good job by the way! my wife loves it, probably in her top 3. for me its down there a bit farther but i still really like it and respect what it is. a nice tasting hazy plant reminiscent of strawberries in flavor. it can be quite potent if grown in optimum conditions.

I'd think that the Hazeman Strawberry Cough seeds are more likely to be closer to the clone than anything Dinafem puts out.

i gotta pack of twisted fruit, has kk sc in it

Your in for a treat sir. I found the strawberry pheno in the twisted fruit beans and it grows trichomes all the way to the tips of fans and sugar leaves. Wreaks of red starbursts. The trichs have a very thin tall structure that stand like half an inch off the leaves and buds. I like the lime smelling pheno I found tho, looks like an og and the trichomes are so fat they look like dew drops. It stinks way more pungently than the strawberry pheno I found and finishes three weeks sooner. Motarebel ftw!

Also to the OP, strawberry cough isn't from the "berry plant" it's draw berry fields crossed to original haze, strawberry fields is an unknown outdoor strain from New England that was supposedly grown next to a strawberry patch, nothing blueberry or purple abou it

I currently run KKSC (kyle kushman strawberry cream). hand down the most fragrant smelling flower ive even had the pleasure of smelling and smoking. strawberry on the inhale, smooth cream on exhale. was clone only from Kyle himself, gifted to me from a friend who passed. now after 3 yrs of growing her, she is throwing nanners at week 7 for the past 4 grows. time to cull her forever, I cant deal with nanners any longer. this plant is a HUGE yielder (avg 4+z per plant indoor at 6' plants). im gonna miss her dearly as well as all my patients. I scored connoisseur genetics strawberry and cream, as well as dinafem strawberry cough (KKSC strain) seeds to replace the culled straw cream. hope I can find a potent yielder from either of the 2 strains.

heres a pic of 1 of 6 colas from 1 plant. I had to chop her a week early. I could take spending 2hrs a day searching and plucking nanners from 6 huge ass KKSC plants.

That's a beautiful looking bud. Too bad about the hermy problem. Ive never heard of a plant switching to hermy after several years of no probs. Id be thinking its something I was doing to induce stress or light leak?

But 4 oz off a 6' plant aint much. I get 12oz off my kksc cut, 4 to 5' plants no prob. Have gotten 1p off a 4'. Maybe ur just not using enough light to get it there.
