Yep, Looks good though..

Thanks, no Paclo though, not yet anyway.

I wanted to try some on my small room last run but I couldn't find any. The place that carried Dr. No didn't have it stocked, and by the time I found some in the form of megabud, I was on day 24-25 or something, I figured it was too late. Didn't want to try something new and untested on the big room, but I think I'm going to put it in next run on the small room.

I was really excited about it when I first saw your pics getto, but then after realizing the bushmaster shots were with a different camera using the flash and were 6 days ahead or something, I wasn't as excited any more. When you posted the pics of the non-bushmaster 6 days later with the same camera I couldn't really see much difference.

Just read that you noticed basically no difference in end product between bushmaster plants and non in your thread getto, damn. I did spend $140 on this shit though so I might as well try it.

Thanks guys.

Things going well, struggling a bit to get night time humidity down now to where I want it, but I only have a 70 and a 35pint, I need to at least replace the 35 with a 70, maybe use all 3.

Only other thing going on is some pistils going brown prematurely. At first I couldn't figure out what the hell it was, all I could notice is that the damaged areas are all facing away from the lights, and then finally I put it together, really weird though.

Wherever there's a fan leaf moving from airflow that is continuously rubbing around on another bud the pistils are brown and damaged.

Has anybody else seen this before? I guess I have a delicate pistil pheno. I didn't really notice this when I grew it scrog because there weren't any leaves really up above the netting to molest pistils.

like friction burn. i get that sumtimes, too much wind, maybe combined w low low low humidity, pistils turn dark red or brown almost black from rubbing, sometimes hairs almost rubbed down to lil nubs of brown, way too much direct wind. i use these big ass 20" air kings that are too strong for small ish rooms, so sumtimes have to point them completely not at the plants.

I don't have a lot of direct wind though, and humidity has been high so far, jut getting low now. I think this pheno just has weenie little pistils, but that's ok.

Day 32 now, basically half way through. Things chugging right along. They seem to be slightly slowing down on the eating now.

Have the other 70 pint dehum in there now, and humidity is good at night, but now my night time temps are getting up to the low side of my daytime temps from the heat out of the dehums.

I want to keep it at least a degree cooler than lowest daytime temp at night, so I'm going to wire up another temp controller to the lighting timer. Separate controller will kick in at night to control the exhaust fan and keep room a bit cooler. Day time I run the main fan off at 25C on at 27C, night controller will be 23C-24C.

Thanks.

I am definitely happy with the results so far. Next run they should be much more homogeneous and bushy, should be bigger with more sites!

No Aptos for me, only liquids I buy that cost that much are nice Coniac and Tequila.

I was just breaking vagpuncher's Aptos loving balls cause he was obviously impressed, and his way of saying so is to, without saying anything nice, just mention that it looks like I'm using a paclobutrazol PGR.

And weather Paclo or not, it's obvious that Aptos is loaded with PGRs of one type or another, not that I'm against PGRs.

As for a late bloom booster, I'll be using powder kool bloom the week before flush.

I'm glad that comes through!

There's definitely a lot of passion and love. Growing is like the culmination of my strengths. I love electronics, and applying them to environmental control is very interesting to me. Getting everything just perfect is something I'll always be chasing.

I like things that flow, the flow of electrons through wires and traces, getting sucked in and spat out of inductors, pooling in capacitors, squeezing through resistors, this signal here to control that, this one over here when this does that for this. I love it!

Then there's the flow of the hydro system, and while much more simple than the electronics, the flowing water is more visual and audible, also very pleasing.

And on top of all this engineering love I still have the opportunity to tap into my less developed artistic side as I spend time with the ladies trying to determine all of their deepest desires.

I love it to the core!
