Homebox mini 12x12x24 Fast bud sweetseeds 50 watt LED grow

Hi guys!
So i just set up my new grow. Im growing in the homebox mini tent, why you may ask, well because I went to the growshop stoned and thought it was just too dam cute.

Heres a pic of my setup:

Ive been growing a couple of years in a cab that was a bit bigger than my tent, currently not growing anything in there because im makin some modifications to it.

So im gonna use a 50 watt led, it has 80% red 660 nm 10% orange 615 nm 10 % blue 460 nm leds. I might upgrade to a 90 watt for flowering.

Im gonna be growing fast bud from sweet seeds, got me 3x femenized, its an auto strain. Im growing it in an organic soil mix, it has about 2,5 litres of soil mixed with perlite and vermculite.


Temp in the tent is currently arround 26-27c, im using a fan that vents 147 m^3/h hooked up to an carbon filter, bouth fan and filter is outside to save space in the tent. They will get about 14-15 houres of light a day.

The plant is a week this sunday, i tried to FIM the plant after the first node, ill se how it goes.

Now that i have my setup up and running its time to go out for a spliff-walk and then ima have a burger

Updates will be coming 2 times a week or so.

Also, im gonna be using gold label nutes, got me a mini-package, i was thinking ill try if its any good before ill buy myself the big bottles!

Got another plant sitting in the tent now, its a random bagseed that should be some sativa-dominant strain (judging from the high). Ive been having it in the window but thought id might as well put it in the tent and see if i get myself a female!

So i put my bagseed-plant into a new pot today, its sitting in the bottom half of a 2 litre coke-bottle now, so about a litre of soil, if it turns out to be a female im gonna put it into a bigger pot and flower it after my fast bud finishes. I also topped the plant today, after the second node, so im hopin for 4 nice tops on the plant. Also seems like my FIM was successfull on my fast bud, looks like thres 3 tops comin out of the main stem!

I agree on how cute these little things are. I saw one at my local shop and thought it was a display model like they do with those little tents in sporting good shops LOL.

Can't wait to see how this progresses.

if i could get one in scandinavia im quite sure you can get them in usa first time i saw this tent in the shop they only had it as a display model for the bigger tents but then i went to this other growshop where they were sellin em.

So i got myself a 90 watt ufo that i put into my tent, seems to be better ventilation in the 90 watt ufo it has 3 80 mm fans fans compared to the one fan in the 50 watt ufo. Temps are arrount 24 c now. I guess my 50 watt ufo will be an extra veg lamp for the future if i start up more cabs/tents.

Oh I had a sweet grow in one of those. I used a 55w 2d cfl. Kind of a square work light. Worked great. I attached a typical scrog net to one of the walls and had hooks on my pots. Then you get great air movement and you can have several plants at different stages.
When I think of it. Pll's Would fit for a tiny vert grow.

Yeah i was followin ur grow-diary at SC when u were growin in it. I think i might just do the same thing as you did with the net when my plants start gettin bigger, its easier to just have the ufo in the top of the tent and move the plants instead. I might be adding a couple of cfl´s to add some light, temps are low in the tent atm anyhow.

Got my homebox mini running again. Now as a vegg box, perfekt size.

I can't find them anywhere or i'm searching for the wrong thing. The mini is now a different size and I didn't see it available on the manu's site either.

I bought mine from Homebox. Mail them and se if they can help you. I paid 45€ including shipping. Cheap and good.

So the plants are growin along, had some trouble with my timer hooked up to my setup so lights were off a couple of houres more than they should but its fixed now.

Heres my randomseed, when i repotted it i think some of the roots took some damage, but it seems to be recovering just fine

Hehe yeah im actually thinking about getting another one, if i get another 90 watt ufo i should be able to run bouth tents on the one fan and carbon filter i have now. Temp in the tent atm is steady arround 23 c even tho we have hot weather here in scandinavia some days.

So the plants are starting to branch out now, the fast bud seems to be getting along faster than the bagseed but the bagseed also had its roots damaged so its undersandable. Also noticed another seedling popping up in the bagseeds pot, i had forgotten that i planted 2 bagseeds in it, i was thinkin of having them as decoration in my room first but figgured i might as well see if i can get some bud out of em.

It has almost made it to the top of the soil so i think it has a good chanse of survival.
