Which of these strains should I pop?!

Hey guys!

I'm about to start a new grow in my new DarkRoom100 tent. I'm planning to do a Scrog with 4 -5 plants. And for this run i'm considering the short flowering strains that i got from Attitude. Some of them I ordered, some of them were freebies.

Hoping to get some suggestions which 4 - 5 of these I should grow!

1. 4 x C99 - Female Seeds
2. 2 x Blue Cheese - Barney's
3. 2 x Pineapple Express - G13
4. 2 x Blueberry Gum - G13
5. 1 x Sweet Deep Grapefruit - Dinafem
6. 1 x Powerkush - Dinafem

I'm looking for genetics that have high chances of carrying the right pheno, or at least i'm looking to reduce the risk of getting a runt or a low odor pheno etc...

My personal preference at the moment is:

2 x C99 - I heard so many good things about this strain, i wanna grow 2 of them
1 or 2 x Blue Cheese - i heard it's one of the more stable Barney's strains?
1 x Sweet Deep Grapefruit - read a good review somewhere
1 x Pineapple Express or Blueberry Gum

with so many different strains I would ditch the scrog and go sog instead. i'd be thinkin that likely several seeds won't germ and several will be male. pop 'em all and sea of green the 4 or 5 ladies you'll end up with.

with threads like this I always ask myself if you list your personal preference then why not just roll with it ?

on your list i grew sweet deep grapefruit and powerkush (i got freebies) gf STUNK! was super frosty lumps of rock hard nugs, was a good one. Power kush still smelled good and was big foxtaily buds. both good really. dont know anything about the rest of the breeders, but id run c99 since i always wanted one.

nice, another guy on FB voted for powerkush too. so i think ill take her =)

well yea sog, i wanna try that at some point. most likely with clones. but since i cant control the height and all, i prefer to scrog. i've been scrogging since my first grow so i'm really just comfortable doing that. And ive never had a male from a feminized seed so far.. i know its not a 100% but i dont expect to get one in 5.

My choices are purely intuition.. except c99 where i found plenty of good reports. however i dont know about the rest but just from the little info i found i chose them to be in the line up.

but i know breeders info arent always reliable so i wanna here it from the people.

Sweet Deep Grapefruit got some good reviews. are the chances good to get a good pheno by popping just one seed?



My friend grew the Blueberry Gum in his first grow. 2 out of 2 produced pretty identical results. Even with a lot of screw ups the bud turned out to be one of the sweetest sugary artificial gum like smell ever. Just tasted like wood.. but that might be because my friend over dried the buds before jarring

Cool Moe, The c-99 is by Female Seeds..so all females! 1 x Powerkush - Dinafem & 1 x Sweet Deep Grapefruit - Dinafem are both Female seeds too! Since we are looking at a huge % of female seeds here..not sure about the several males you are looking to find? Lol..should not be! monkey5

pineapple express. i know it sounds stupid kuz the movie.. but 2 seeds i got both were freebies and both were feminized.. both ended up female that was so strong and skunky fruity smell and taste very good strain so far!

You can't go wrong man with the Pineapple Express, nice smell and great taste The C99 is also a good choice where did the C99 come from and what generation?

Your original choices sound the way to go to me. I like Female Seeds, although the C99 I've had wasnt theirs, it was Wallyducks. It was a nice sat-dom high, no real ceiling to it and no anxiety/paranoia.
The others sound very interesting.

Pop the pineapple express so we can get a decent grow review here on the mag I would pop 2, 3, and 4 and save them dinafems for when you have bad m/f ratio or need emergency seeds.

yea man thats how i roll! i just have space for 5 plants max so thats why i gotta select the seeds with the best chances.

yeah sorry i didnt pick up on they're all fems. still i gotta chuckle when i see someone talking about growing one seed of anything
