Man talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater,its taken me six days to get my presciption for pain meds.Whats going on down here is insane,because of a few bad doctors and pharmacists,the pharmacies are just not dispensing these days.I got lucky,and it was probably my 25th pharmacy,they think people can just stop taking methadone and other narcotics.Nobody is on our side its fuckin insane it gets worse month after month

Im sorry to here that. I know withdrawal for methadone is very bad.. I guess things are changing there in Florida? use to be the place to go to get pain meds.. I take Morphine daily. Hope you have a pain free day...
They are really cracking down on opiates everywhere. Used to be I saw my doctor once a year then just called in for mine every month. Now I have to go in and see the doc and get blood tested twice a year just to make sure I'm taking them. Lots of abuse and sales here, especially of Loratabs.
me to my doc will test my blood every 6 months. He prescribed me 320mg of Morhine daily I take 80mg a day. I have a large stock pile... When I started mixing cannabis with it I did not need as much..
When you start taking high dosages it makes you very sick if you dont keep up with the high dosages. When I was taking what the doc told me to I was a mess shitting,pissing,vomiting with no control...
Now I can at least take care of myself..I enjoy cooking with cannabis more then I like smoking it.

It's not that the pharmacies are refusing to dispense, but we are seeing a great number of C-IIs on back order, nationwide. I don't know if it's a production problem, or a raw materials shortage, but it's never been this bad. We're also seeing shortages in your average B.P. and seizure meds as well.
get the nation hooked on drugs with crazy withdrawal symptoms. force their hand by limiting production and distribution. people will go crazy for their meds. thus justifying extreme action by the powers at be needing to curb the growing problem of "junkies taking measures into their own hands to get the medicine"

Things are fucked now for people who legitimately need prescription opiates, especially for people in FL. Things were so wide open down there for years, now that they are cracking down everybody is getting punished. Dr's are cutting people off/drastically lowering dose, pharmacies refusing to fill, etc.
The pharm companies are grimy as fuck too, Endo discontinued the IR version of opana when they released the new "anti-abuse" ER pills basically forcing patients to switch over, and from what I hear the new anti abuse ER pills do fuck all for pain. Opiates are pretty terrible and cause a lot of misery, but for people who really need them, things are really tough right now

Man I just had to pay 560 bucks for 140 hydromorphone because I cant find my methadone.If you have no tolerance to painkillers 8 mg diluadid is pure brain candy,but if you've been doing methadone an opiate/opioid antagonist,well lets just say its not the same.Shit I take methadone to stay away from D's an oxy's and the big ron of course,although I have herniated discs my real reason is to not go to the fuckin methadone clinic every day.
HH thats awesome you get to take morphine but its probably because you have horrible pain so i guess its not awesome. Morphine gives me constipation to the max. Like nothing for a week
I have throbbing pain all the time in my back and hand. I have been doing great with the combo canna/morphine. A few nights ago I had the shakes very bad whats weird is I did not forget to take my meds. This is how many OD they think they need more that is not what you should do. The side effects are something I have to deal with and understand what to do when something happens. I have some Narcan in the fridge in case. Over the many years I have found the larger dose you take the more problems you will have. Anytime I take a larger dose I get very sick a large dose for me is 80mg or more. Opiates are not fun if you dont need them dont take them..
Jesus, that is probably a leading candidate for the most clueless statement that I've seen on here. Done right, you feel virtually nothing from the morphine. Done wrong, you feel sick. And you get to do this every day, or you feel really sick. Nasty shit, but far better than many of the alternatives.
My electrical brother is right thats why you dont see many morphine addicts,though its a true opiate any other opioid from oxy up beats morphine.I think anyone addicted to morphine probably stayed a couple weeks in the hospital hooked to a drip lol.Some body said dont take these meds unless you need them,no finer words are spoken in this thread.The last time I got off methadone I had some problems physical and otherwise.I just felt like total shit.I need the methadone or I would be doing something else.its not so cool
100mg MS is the same as 60mg OC. Both are very powerful. Since Morphine is half the cost as any of the others it's much more cost effective to use morphine. Morphine is the Gold standard by witch all others are judged. The big difference is that all of the other Opioids are synthetic chemicals that makes big pharma much more profits. You can ask your Dr to calculate the right dosage to get the same effect as any other Opioid
And they say opana or numorphan is 10 times stronger than oxycodone.How about fentanyl being 8 times stronger than heroin lol?It means nothing man you may think 100Ml MS equals 60 ml oxy,but ask anyone with a pain or substance abuse problem and they will take the oxy over ms anytime.Its certainly not the gold standard bro the doctors prescribe it when nothing else is available
