N.Y.P.D (New York Power Diesel - Nirvana seeds)

Got a pack of these yesterday from Nirvana and waiting on 2 packs from the Boo. Only 2 tails this a.m., so these might be older stock. That's what I want, because I want the same one I grew in 2009. With Nirvana, you never know when they're going to change up parentals. I want to grow the Boo nypd in a side-by-side to compare both company's offerings.
SoG, when I grew out the nypd in '09, they had exaggerated leaf serration with alot of natural branching (without topping). I can't tell from the pics, but are you noticing this on your girls? Did you mention where your nypd beans came from and how old they are?

you can checkout the girls structure in my SOG tray,
they are untopped clones from the N.Y.P.D
ill post fresh ones in a day or two
as for the beans; they are from Nirvana Shop
my friend bought somewhere in late 2010
if your referring to the plants age,
they are about 18 weeks now
The clones all look like they have a single cola structure with minimal branching, perfect for a S.O.G. indoor grow. Kinda weird the seed plants branch, but the clones have a pole structure...
I got 9 of 10 seeds to crack from the Nirvana nypd order, but none have broken the surface yet. Really thinking these are from older stock.

if you scroll back the thread you can see the girls from day one before i FIM'd them,
they had no branching what so ever on these
is it possible they made a mistake with your original order?
or possibly a bad mom on their end, any way you slice this;
these are amazing looking plants with great genetics
from what I'm experiencing first hand
and let me tell you the pics dont do them Justice

ime, certain varieties' cuttings will not branch out if they don't have enough root-space and/or enough vegetative light-hours.
when did you take the cuttings Sog? were the plants already budding?
the cutting were taken during veg time,
vegged for a week; then put outside,
they started flowering immediately
the tray is about 7 weeks old
SoG, nice pics! When I ran nypd it had much more side branching (more of an xmas tree structure). But those look like solid cola from top to bottom! 
My seedlings are slowly starting to go, 8 of 10 up so far. Still waiting on the seed packs from the Boo, gonna run about 10 of those for comparison.

they were lemon pledge a month ago
i think the key with these girls is split pinc and FIM as much as possible
i see a distinct bud structure diff with two of my girls, one is solid hard bud top to bottom
the other is much fatter; but fluffier, the harder one got pinched 4 times and the fluffier got pinched twice
the harder structured girl is a keeper,
not sure if its due to the pinching or she is an amazing phenom
its nice to have fat huge cola, but if it doesn't dank up it eint nothing
