I honestly don't see how that video can be public and 90% of those ''Officers'' are free. The part where they're asked for a form to file a grievance is particularly disturbing.

It's called governmental immunity. It's in most municipal contracts.

The complaint form is a letter to the mayor or a letter to the FBI. The police's police.

That retribution scene in the bar the following night after that drunk cop battered the bartender was horrible. that whole code of silence is some scary shit. that poor kid who was in the automobile accident and got shot by the police is so fucking crazy. how does a board of police officers get to judge their own; men who they play golf with, go out drinking with, whose children go to the same schools, etc. it should be a civilian board, educated in the US Constitution and law enforcement, not the very Jack-booted thugs who are being investigated.
