how do i find out whos give me reps

Scroll to the top of the page.
Click on the white "MY IC" icon in the upper left of your screen.
Scroll down to the section "Latest Reputation Received".
That section it is broken into columns marked Thread, Date, Posted by, and Comment. The name under Posted by is the person who left you the rep.
