Not worth doing IMHO. Stability issues and that RW would have to be majorly flushed every week....

There are many ways one can use rock wool in 5 g buckets....

Top Feed, DWC, EBB Grow.. all with different factors to take into consideration..
Sooo your just planning on filling a bucket with rock wool???

I agree with the previous poster.. the salt buildup on it would be horrendous...

best thing to do is use rw mini cubes or the fibre grow style. be prepared to water a ton when plants get big/reach maturity, mm
