Looks really nice Chomba, why the Greenhouse ? keeping it stealthy ?

When you say worked and selected from wet years, you mean worked to avoid Hermies and selected to flower despite rain and rot issues ?

Mucho suerte

ChaosCatalunya. It is not a greenhouse, it is just a slanted top. It gives me options when we get early weather. Yes it was worked to avoid hermies. They survived very harsh weather and did not have mold issues. These were bred. I still had a few hermies. Peace

Jon,

Down near the Cauca valley. Enjoy yourself and take some pictures... Peace

Last trip down the Columbian Federal Police ruined my film because they said I was in a area controlled by the FARC forces. They are paranoid that anyone that is able to come and go from these areas is contrary to the US backed murder squads and the DEA. Without my family ties to this area I know that I just might disappear whenever and never be found. As a American I am ashamed at what our Military is doing in Columbia without the American people's knowledge!!! We are now operating full scale special forces bases thru-out the Country. I mix my own soil. It is Black Gold, Kelp meal worm castings, Dr. Earth, high nitrogen bat guano, high phosphorus bat guano & perlite. Hope that helps... Peace

Beautiful Sativa Chomba64! I live in Colombia and have grown out several verities of domestic Colombian Sativa at 2,800 meters. The best in my option is the real “Punta Roja” is the best; however I also really like the Santa Marta Gold. Top self Colombian Sativa has a unique and very distinct smell, taste and effect. The high from these plants is like being high and stoned at the same time, it’s very pleasant.
Peace from Colombia

There seems to be a big diffrence fro us over here. Same strain Col Gold X Chem OG the plant grown at 1000 ft is done and the one on the coast is just starting to bud. Looking forward to seeing your flower time. Aloha

Flowering time

Flowering time

Hi, almost all the pure domestic Colombian Sativa I’ve grown out here took a very long time to finish, even the high altitude Sativa. And some of the lowland plants gave multiple harvests, with the lower cola’s ripening before the top. This plant was growing for almost a year before finally finishing totally. When I crossed her with a nice fast flowering Indica the hybrid finished in half the time. However the hybrid was very different than the mother, the buds were much more dense and pungent. I liked the hybrid but she lost much of the pure Sativa effect and produced a very nice stone/high that seemed to stay with me longer.

Peace from Colombia
