hiya, forget the negatives, people have to petition, everythings so up in the air at the moment,one of my relatives, recently retired po after 30yrs, saying police just find it a fucking nuiscense and treat it on the whole as cat-c anyway [most of the time i would imagine], so we must exercise our right to try to get things changed, peace and regards 944s2
Fact is, this isn't like American "Voter initiatives", getting enough votes, does not get it made law, or even debated in Parliament, it goes before a committee who decide if it should be debated or not.
