i was showing him that great things can still happen late - was defiantly not tryin to hijack but offer support !! sorry to step on toes !! and hes crushin it

no worries, I was just wondering if there was some inside information I didn't know about... like maybe the plants you showed were the same cuts as he has, or something like that yuh know.

I think I saw in a funny jorge cervantes video that last year humboldtlocal didn't plant until July 1st or something, so yeah. I agree, plenty of time still. :tiphat:

lookin good man are gophers really that big of a problem? i dont have any protection on my 200s....except a .22 caliber in case i see them

What's Good Prop...

I don't know how the gophers are here, I'm in a different location.
Iv'e seen signs of them so I took precautions.

A couple years back, I did have 2-3 plants destroyed every other week from gophers in my Guerrilla Grow.

Lost almost 2elbows that season.
I have a nice Bushmaster Varminter 223 Rifle "It's a BLAST"...:hotbounce

Peace

I don't think it's Kens GDP.
I acquired the cutting from a friend, that received it from family up in Mendocino.

I'm told its called Grand Daddy. ? so, I don't know.

IIRC you're not that far from me. This year is the year of the Voles, in a big way. I've only ever seen them once or twice in the six years since we moved here, and this year it's been an explosion. NEVER seen a gopher here, just voles. The signs voles leave are just like gophers, but they're a lot smaller and the cats will actually eat them. We went with hardware cloth for three of our beds, but the direct ground plantings have no protection, and the beds we installed last year have no hardware cloth or other protection. I keep finding turkeys back there lately, too.

We know a guy who used one of those Rodentator things, the thing that you use to fill up their holes with propane, then blow 'em up. Dude blew up practically his whole 5acres. Came into work with his hair all different lengths and colors, eyebrows blown off, no eyelashes. Hilarious if you ask me, leave it to Frank to go WAY overboard.

Anyway, at first the cats were getting a lot of voles, but now they're only bringing in lizards, while in the meantime I keep finding signs that voles have been busy tunneling in all sorts of places.

Like I said, I need snakes. Got snakes?

Btw, I'm having flat land envy. Looks like you've got a sweet location there.

Shitty news...
I guess tha Turkey compost was still hot.
I've lost two plants, and looks like there will be a couple more.

But...
Thanks to GoldCountryGuy and his crew, they spotted me some 20 & 15 gallon smart pots.
I had a back up plan, so I'll atleast harvest something.

Today, I filled 10 pots, and will probably get 5-6 more filled this week
I'll throw up a couple fliks, this week.
Peace

I learned that the hard way a long time ago, never again will i premix nukes in the soil... its always best to under feed than to burn and stunt growth, and yet i always read of folks mixing everything under the sun in their soil, im surprise it doesnt happen more often!

i always use a light soil mix , then i flora feed and add more nukes later, when they need it.

you live and you learn, sorry for the bad luck, man.
