So here we are at day 10 since I tossed my Designated ecsd cut into flower and started spraying her with my freshly brewed colloidal silver.

She's already showing total submission to my coercion and providing me with what daddy wants ...

She's not sweating but rather residual CS after a misting .
Gotta love the simple straight forward approach of CS ....
Plant is totally healthy and happy all the while...

Pollen will be collected and stored properly until the Calio and the
JOD moms are starting flower in about 60 days naturally....

Then they will be pollenated and tagged accordingly ....

Yep I'm thinking the offspring I grow out from this project and document here will make ya smile ,,,stay tuned...

The pollen gets collected into a petri dish then transferred into
a glass test tube with a stopper , it has rice grains in it .


This is then placed into a freezer and awaits it's calling ...

I have an F1 that I made with Old Sog's Super silver haze cut that he was kind enough
to share .
The daddy was a Big stud from the Rockster Cheese Line .....

They are being tested now as well...
damn bugs this year are ferocious again I moved these young seedlings inside
and under a T5 ...pictured is one ..


I'm really a big T5 fan lately and for veg and maintaining moms they are the
cat's ass .

Will be experimenting with various Bulbs for aquarium use in these fixtures
in the close future..super actinic ,coralife,arctic sun , etc...

Well in the end no I didn't keep or do much with shanti's gear
To be honest I was disappointed and just moved on

It seems his beans are turning out far different phenos than they did about 10 years ago with the same strains and I can't say for the better .

For example the Black widows he sent me were so far from what they were in my personal experience back in 2000 and from F2's I've had from Dman and other's grow reports that it was clear that they werent BW at all...

The afghani x NL I grew out were sativa

The medicine man was so shitty I dare not speak on it again ...

Damn man ,,,I'm just deflated by the whole debacle
but it's cool I have a shit ton of my own beans that I've made
to play with for years ..

He did send me a bunch of gear to make things right and I think
the world of him , but I just don't have time nor the will to play with them now.

I miss chattin with Neville , last time we talked about a year ago he was relocating to another part of Oz and gettin ready to focus again on his genetics he is sitting on.

I'd expect to see some lines from him again in the future .

The super silver haze pheno that Old Sog shared has provided me with a mass of beans to play with for many years to come ..

Have some going now as a matter of fact ...


Been a long day ...I've been designing and building grow rooms for Mi Licensed growers for the past few months and I'm just whipped,,,the heat lately is just kickin my arse...

Pulling wire runs to subs through attics in this shit is torture ...
Lucky my lil gal is flying back into town to see me tomorrow

They have a real nice old school stink to them ,,,,smells wickedly potent .

Guess it's time to give em a name since the cross definition is too long to
type every time I mention them so from now on they are Firewalker OGK

Don't make the mistake of thinking all his gear is bunk
That's not true at all
There are plenty of unique gems to be found in their strains
I'd just say be very careful of which ones you choose

I'd stay away from his Indica lines and focus on anything with
the Haze Males that Nev selected ..
I have a pack of Afghani X Haze that Scotty sent me that will be the
only thing I germ from him someday .
The Ortega , Hindu Kush X Skunk ,Spice , NL X SK1 will sit in the deep freeze ...

The BW has a few neat sativa phenos in there from the Brazilian Mother ...

No yield but very potent sassy smoke..
Just plan on going through a bunch of beans to find something you'd keep...
Plan on making F2's of anything you buy and start digging
That's what peaks my interest anyway
