a little over 5-6 years since i went a day without smoking...

and that time has come, i start doing weekends in jail, for something that happened a while ago but just finally finished up in court...i was convicted of 2 counts of aggrivated assault with a weapon on 2 cops and had a whole lotta "special" items on me(details of what and quantity dont matter)...with my good lawyer i got weekends in jail and comunity service....so when i start my weekends in jail it will be the first time in years i will not have smoked in 24 hours...i could care less about jail....but with hot summer nights and no smokage...i forsee some sleepless nights ahead....oh well could have been worse...


...lets just say i got a really good lawyer

I have a friend that is a lawyer that I can turn to that let's just say has the same life philosophy and that is what helps me sleep at night. I am glad there are good lawyers out there dedicated to fighting for what is right because there are plenty that are in it for the money.

heres a tip thatll help ya doze off... take 3 long, slow breathes thru your nose, out your mouth. it aint like taking a bong rip and floatin off to la la land but it helps.

If it's a fairly mellow jail where you don't have to worry about a whole bunch of stupid shit going on you could try staying up the night before and get thru the day you go in on coffee and then more or less pass out from exhaustion once you get in there. Not a good idea if you got to be on guard though.

sorry to hear of your dilemma joe, you might get some rest & comfort by considering that 2 nights at a time is a whole lot better than the alternative.

showing up having just eaten a couple of cookies right before ought to get you past any intake screening you'll go through before your pupils are dilated and/or bloodshot.

Well I was just thinking of this one jail I was in that because of the potential to smuggle stuff in and also that most of them were people that propably wouldn't do well in general pop anyway and since they had the space (at least at the time). They had this one cellblock with like a dozen cells and that's where they kept all the weekenders. The only movement they got was an hour rec time after everyone else had finished their hour rec time. So essentially they were in isolation or at worst they had to share a cell with one person (each cell had bunkbeds), who was also a weekender and usually not looking to do anything stupid. So if you could manage to sleep all weekend you were pretty much set.

hahaha...funny shit....more weed smoking in jail than cigs...mad ppl plugin them selves and bring in their shit, lol...i didnt smoke...not down with smokinng weed that was in some guys ass...im not that desparate, lol...but im fukking seriuos..these guys smoked about a half an oz between like 6-8 guys...

on another note...shit food, really shit...i didnt want any that mystery meat, lol so i didnt eat that day, lol...but theres a tv, mini cafetieria in the cell(open cell with 40 bunks)...its not that bad...but long as hell just sitting waiting to burn one, lol
