Drip in coco, fast or sloooow!

Howdy troops

I've run coco for a wee while now, currently in 10lt Hempy buckets. and generally fed my plants in a recirc (without root rot or any deficiencies etc) and used a drip, or rather a drench system ,whereby the plants are soaked directly through the hose (no drip stakes) up to 5 X per day. Is there any benefit instead from a slow constant drip through a drip stake during lights on!

Any help is always appreciated

Cheers guys!

Your using hempys .... the point of a hempy bucket is the rez at the bottom so you don't have to feed every day or multiple times a day . you fill the bucket till you get a little runoff from the hole ... then check the weight on them till its light enough to need feeding again . every 3 or 4 days at first then more often as the plants grow . i used to fill mine every other day whether they needed it or not .... this way there was no chance of them drying out & salts building up .the more often you fill them the less amount of water its going to take to get runoff .
