Hello everyone, I've been vegging two plants for a month and a week. Three days ago I noticed what I hope is preflowers on 1 of the 2. Can anyone more knowledgeable help clarify? Thanks!

Those little bumps between the stipules and petioles/branches, are the beginning of preflowers. Give it a little time its still a little early to tell if the are male or female.
Females usually make a claw shape. The male will be like a roundish ball.

EDIT- Im kinda leaning towards female on these

I'm with apep on this, leaning t'wards Femmes here. But patience is one of the most important tools of a grower.....in Veg as in Bloom ;-)

The female will send a single white hair out from the same base and behind the stiple...

in the 3rd photo, near the top, between the 2nd and 3rd branch, i see a double hair, possibly on the other side of the plant. however if your place is like mine it could just as easily be a n animal hair.

After you pointed that out I had to go look again. Ended up being a small cat hair, great call

Well the first plant ended up being male so I got rid of it and focused on my last one. Any input on the sex of it? I'm thinking male..

apep is exactly right. this happens to me all the time. those are pre-flowers but it is too early to tell if its a male preflower or a female preflower as with some phenotypes the pistil does not pop out right away. sometimes it pops out right away. just wait and one of 2 things will happen. 1 - a white hair will pop out of that little growth piece your talking about (this is female) or 2 - another growth piece will form next to it and then another forming a cluster of those growth pieces, forming a cluster of sacks (this is male)

DO NOT CULL IT YET!!!!!.
I have seen this before and almost culled it and didnt, then found out it was actually a female!!! Be carefull and wait it out!!!!
